  1. I see Jimmy white is out , but don't worry he is no doubt striking the ball better than ever in practice, Not a fan of O'Sullivan, all his rubbish about hating the game and retiring, well I wish he'd shut up and just do it.
  2. Hey min, nothing to with grants especially sherry or ale cask.
  3. Yes usually around two to three weeks after the yanks get it we get the tailend of the blast, and as for the worst enter for so many years, you boys down in England don't know about proper snow,

  6. Scotland or northern Britain as I call it now is God's country.
  7. I know a guy up this way got off on running on red diesel. Had a doctor's line saying he was colour blind, he said his son always fueled motors, both tanks were identical , unmarked and right beside each other, He was famous in this area for his escape.
  8. When I worked for the Forestry commission, they would often phone asking where timber contractors were working and the best route into the wood, We would inform tbem of the longest route and then contact the contractors, and warn them.
  9. I know a guy who had a phone call one tea time asking f he owned the garage up the road, he confirmed he did, and was then informed that the caller was from customs and had been at the garage owners premises earlier tbat day and had dipped a lorry which had red diesel in the tank, When the owner said " you can't go on my premises and dip my tanks without my permission" He was informed we can go , and do as we like, . We have more power than the police, The owner then confirmed that the vehicle in question was his, did have red diesel and indeed had no tax or mot, The customs official, upon hearing this nearly had the jelly and ice cream out when he heard that! The owner told the customs guy that it was a shunter vehicle used for his yard only, he said the phone call was abruptly ended and he heard nothing more about it.
  10. What's the difference between and joiner and a carpenter? A joiner chaps nails, a carpenter paints cars!
  11. What is it with bf Goodrich, they are way over priced and I often think folk just buy them for the white writing on the wall, I work Cooper, they are excellent grip and reasonably priced.
  12. Why would you need a drill to paint a car?
  13. Callum,, where's your infamous, F$&k Google, ask me t shirt?
  14. I have heard that a local distributor won't name them but it rhymes with slogan cruels, Is bad for having its drivers go to a delivery, and say the order was 1000 litres, they would put 900 litres in the tank then the last 100, goes into an empty tank on the lorry to be taken home by the driver, allegedly,
  15. Just got last week came in at 50.9 pence per litre, Never paid above 60p per litre last winter,
  16. When I said notch I meant mortice, I've fenced round old quarries and never failed to drive home wedge, I will post some pics
  17. I have to ask why everyone works the box strainers I much prefer the stayed one's, and the tieing the support post to the strainer is a no no, Sheep are notoriously bad for snapping the wire, also if using a post to support stay, and the support post is broken that totally compromises, the whole fence, I dig my stays in and use a wedge as a thrust plate , the further you drive it the tighter it gets, I also cut a notch in the strainers rather than nail the stay to strainer.
  18. Around 30 metres,

  23. Having worked for the commission for a 6 year spell I can tell you that the laziness, ineptitude, roughness, money squandering body is better privatized
  24. Halfords, pro tools have lifetime guarantee.
