  1. Do loads of work for Muslims myself (after the obligatory haggle of course) Some of them seem very nice and hospitable. I don't like the Islamic ideology that's all. I can't think of even three good things that Islam has brought to these shores. That still doesn't mean I have a "phobia". Timon.
  2. Large oak light reduction and thin. Very hot work. Timon.
  3. A phobia is an irrational fear of something. What I think of Islam couldn't be described as a phobia. It's a reasonable dislike., Timon.
  4. Me and the Mrs went to Rome for our 5th anniversary last year. There were quite a few military patrols/posts on the streets there. I have to say it was quite reassuring. The days of the "bobby on the beat" are distant history now. I think it's high time we saw some proper security presence on the streets and I'm not talking about coppers with semi automatics. Timon.
  5. Human civilisation will not truly prosper until religious faith is rejected in favour of reason. Good evening VI, Long time no see. Didn't Stalin try that? Timon.
  6. 🤣🤣🤣 Timon.
  7. If a dog bites a child we put it down. These people are far worse than dogs. Rockall would make a good prison island for extremists, be a lot cheaper to run than Guantanamo too. Timon.
  8. New robust anti terror legislation should render suspects and perpetrators ineligible to recourse the ECHR. The ECHR is only for humans after all. Timon.
  9. Our Greenmech is still for sale Jonny! Just been refurbished too.. weighs 850kg I think it would ride quite high, especially if you removed the legs! Plenty of power to blow the chip over the roof and the spout would be on the correct offset. [emoji106]. Just throwing it out there, mate. Timon.
  10. Bin thinking a lot about this today, despite the varied political and non/religious/spiritual viewpoints represented on here, it seems that most of us on here are pretty much on the the same page when it comes to the murder of British children by Muslims. For starters it should be illegal to access/view/download or possess any kind of Islamic extremist material online. Punishable with hefty sentences and deportations. It wouldn't solve the problem but it would be a start and would send a message. The current anti-terrorism laws should be given real teeth. Timon.
  11. There's a lot we could learn from the Israeli's, the luvvies and the lefties would love that though! [emoji41] Timon.
  12. The point I was making is that every Muslim faction has seen how the Palestinians have gained acceptance and credibility through violence and murder and drawn the conclusion that violence (or Jihad, to use their own terminology) is the way forward. I agree, this world is a mess. Timon.
  13. You only have to look at advancement and sympathy towards the Palestinian "cause" at the UN and among the left wing, which has been won expressly through the very same means that we are now experiencing in this country. to reach the sad conclusion that terrorism does win and it is not going away any time soon https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/10409/terrorism-persists-because-it-works Timon.
  14. My interpretation of The Bible is certainly imperfect and admittedly a work in progress, but I do try, at least, to look at "the whole counsel of scripture". I could quite easily extract single passages out to support just about any given viewpoint. Timon.
  15. These verses were specifically written in and for a time when certain people groups were sacrificing their own children in fires and participating in devil worship. Apparently God wasn't too chuffed with it and wanted to stop people doing it You're not the first person to quote The bible out of context to push an argument or a particular viewpoint. The theological term for it is called eisegesis, as opposed to exegesis which is the study of and dissecting scripture passages to determine their true meaning within its intended context. Not looking for a fight or an argument, I just wanted to point it out. [emoji106]❤️ Shalom! Timon.
  16. Or in case the police turn up on site cos you're using a zigzag on SRT.... I notice you kept the RW out of the photo too. 🤥 Timon.
  17. A friend of mine has a Christian ministry that reaches out to Muslims. It's called "Mahabbah" which is Arabic for "Love". I went to one of their seminars recently. The speaker explained the Koran teaches that a Muslims only certainty of getting to heaven or paradise is to kill themselves (along with others, of course) in Jihad. No wonder so many young Muslim men and women are getting sucked into this evil ideology. I wonder how many Muslims would be willing to tear the pages that command "jihad"out of their Koran? If that were required as part of their "life in the U.K." Test, I wonder how many would still live here? I think the uncomfortable truth that few politicians are willing to face up to is that right at the very core of Islam is an ideology that seeks to take over rather than integrate. That is a something that will never change and anyone that hopes or pretends that it will, is living in deception. Sickened and gutted for last nights victims. RIP Timon.
  18. I did a train journey in Spain a while back. The equivalent of going from Bham to Southampton (about 2hrs 30mins standing up on a packed train over here) Over there it was very different. Spotlessly clean, air con, super comfy, super cheap, hardly anyone on the train. 40 minutes with one stop. Spanish trains are the business! Maybe that's why Spain is skint.... Timon.
  19. Spider-Man press ups are quite masochistic too.... Timon.
  20. Given that Brexit happened and then Trump got elected. I would be very cautious of ruling anyone out. Timon.
  21. Not bad for an old fat git. [emoji106] Timon.
  22. Or the Spanish Inquisition [emoji79] Timon.
  23. A guy I used to know, his girlfriend used to advertise her services. Tarot card readings, palmistry. Clairvoyance etc... vagueness and confusion were the order of the day. She genuinely believed in her "powers" but she still spent the money on smack though. Felt sorry for her customers. Many of them were recently bereaved people trying to reach their dead loved ones. [emoji107] Timon.
  24. Looking good Paul. Your new lifestyle really suits you. Great pics. [emoji106] Timon.
