  1. Jeremy Corbyn headlining Glastonbury now. [emoji849] "They're selling hippy wigs in Woolworths now! " Withnail and I. The end is nigh Timon.
  2. Picked the right weather for it [emoji41][emoji106] Timon.
  3. One of our guys had a pair and they fell apart pretty quickly. To be fair they aren't really designed for climbing. Nothing to stop you using them in the tree, mind. Timon.
  4. Confession time... we have Stihl bookends for our husky range. An ms150t and an ms880 apart from a 441 everything's Swedish. Both Stihls are excellent. [emoji106] Timon.
  5. Haha! Timon.
  6. If you slip much further you'll be applying for a spell at our place! [emoji57] Timon.
  7. Jeremy Corbyn was said to be "distraught and overcome by emotion" at the scene of the mosque attack. Would he have been equally as distraught when his "friends" Hamas fired rockets at Israeli civilians from UN funded school rooftops? Call me cynical but....... He didn't waste any time in getting himself down there.[emoji849] Fair play to the Imam for urging restraint. Timon.
  8. Mr Shires must have really gotten to you lately. [emoji846] Timon.
  9. Scorchio in South Bham/Coventry. [emoji41] Timon.
  10. After losing everyone and everything, I realised that there wasn't much future in heroin addiction so I went to a place called BETEL, got clean and decided to stay on and help others with the same issues find freedom. Betel put me through my tickets CS 30-41 and LOLER. Now I work full time for Betel and among other things I run the tree team. I climb most days and despite getting into it later in life I can take on most jobs and have a growing passion for it. [emoji106] Timon.
  11. I read about this in disbelief. State of the art navigation, radar , defence technology. KERUNCHHH!!!!! "Er........ what was that captain??????" Unbelievable! Timon.
  12. Nice cut. Handy technique to know. Thanks for sharing. [emoji106] Timon.
  13. Thanks for taking the time to share, Reg. interesting rigging system. Did you have to pre-tension the system before every piece? Great job. [emoji106] Timon.
  14. Tidy job. [emoji106] Timon.
  15. Enabling incompetence. I get you, MrJ, a bit like giving homeless people money for their drug habits. It doesn't help in the long run. Corbyn and John McDonnell are a nasty combination. Relics from the Scargill era and should be consigned to the dustbin of history. Timon.
  16. Got there at 11:00 left at 5:00 little bit of clearing up left in the morning. Customer made us burgers for lunch [emoji106] Timon.
  17. In hindsight I think you're right Mick, but it would have taken a bit longer than 20 mins, it was solid. Timon.
  18. Tears of deepest joy mate. We didn't drive up we got dropped off with the kit as the fuel pump died on our "new" 6.5t truck. [emoji107] Decided to have a laugh anyway [emoji41] Timon.
  19. An ivy covered oak stem from today. Horrible. Toppled some big lumps out of it then sliced and diced the lower stem down to fence height. We removed the crown last year as the customer wanted it doing in two stages. [emoji106] Timon.
  20. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106] Timon.
  21. Do you have a link? When I looked at them it looked like they would have to be re-stitched. Thanks Timon.
  22. Haha! Classic 🤣🤣🤣 Timon.
  23. Aren't they all in turmoil? [emoji57] Timon.
  24. Treemotion was designed to fit "low slung" so that the waist band is actually round the top half of your backside. Great for branch walking but not so great for hanging a big saw off. I haven't quite got used to wearing it that way as I find any saw bigger than a 150 pulls it down. Wearing it tight around your waist high up can cause the leg loops to bite if not properly adjusted. Also it is best to periodically change the length of the straps that pass through the lower D's as fraying can happen quite quickly resulting in premature retirement. Timon.
