  1. If it had been a black guy that was shot there would have been riots...
  2. flipping brutal. It looked like murder to me. I've normally a lot of sympathy for the police in that situation. However that looked like the worst game of "Simon Says" ever.
  3. So to sum up. Bitcoin is a currency, however virtually no shop takes bitcoins in payment and Bitcoin varies greatly in value over days (unlike traditional currencies). Sorry, I just don't get it. I expect that this is a fad and Bitcoin will go the same way as the cabbage patch kids. I look forward to reviving this thread if/ when Bitcoin collapses in value.
  4. I remember at school we were taught (brainwashed) that multiculturalism was a brilliant idea and there were no negatives about inviting different cultures into the UK. It honestly seems the positives of multiculturalism are small and the negatives are immense.... After Rotherham and Manchester you'd have to be stupid not to realise the British people have been lied to.
  5. There's a lot of cousin marriage marriage in the Muslim community. It leads to a lot of kids born with genetic defects.
  6. I agree with that. I think the problem is we let them into Europe and they then blow up Europeans... 9 foiled terrorist attacks in the UK since March.... Plus all the succesful terrorist attacks. Why are we letting people into the West that hate us and want to kill us?
  7. Trump is a million times better than the average Western politician. He doesn't come out with politically correct guff that people no longer believe.
  8. Tbh, it will probably end in bloodshed. However it's becoming increasingly clear that no matter what the West does it will end in bloodshed.... Does anyone think that there will be peace in the Middle East within the next 50 years? We might as well face reality and start supporting the only democracy in the Middle East where minority groups are protected....
  9. In 1995 the American senate voted to move the embassy to Jerusalem... Trump does this and suddenly mainstream media try and demonise him... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerusalem_Embassy_Act
  10. Yeah, a website called "apartheid.org" is a really good source of information.... I'm not going to trust a website that can't even spell "international" or "Israel" correctly... I bet it's written by some guy that still stays at home and collects Games Workshop figurines.
  11. What "international law" is that?
  12. Trump is just backing up the only democracy in the Middle East....
  13. Trump has declared Jerusalem as Israel's capital. I can see it kicking off big time in the Middle East. It looks like oil fracking in America means that the Gulf states have less influence over America...
  14. The first photograph in your first post shows a line of field edge trees that have been cut down. IMHO, field edge tree are normally quite rough and generally only suitable for firewood....
  15. I wonder how many of these trees are sold in the UK as logs?
  16. Does anyone here have a "summer" rate for selling logs? I can't help thinking that selling cheaper logs in the off season would mean a more even workload over the year.
  17. How much does it actually cost to maintain a TPO tree? Not really that much...My parents have got quite a lot of TPO trees. They don't get a "yearly inspection"... Is there a legal requirement to get someone round to provide a "yearly inspection"? I live in a listed building. Maybe the "public purse" should maintain my house as well? It's not really fair that I have to maintain a building from my pocket when the general public get the benefit. It's the same with forestry and agriculture. It's clearly not right that the landowner has to maintain fences and gates etc then some pleb gets to walk over your land for free. The public should pay a bit more tax so that landowners dont have to maintain their own land. Then you get some protected wildlife on your land and you can't shoot it!! What's that all about?
  18. You don't need to conduct transactions through a bank... Ever heard of cash? Normal money is "digital" as well. You think when you buy something online your bank sends someone out in a car to deliver the cash to the vendor? Whenever I go abroad I take my bank card with me. I can go to any ATM put my bank card in enter my pin and take money out....
  19. I'm going to set up my own crypto currency called the "mate". I think you lot should join me at the ground floor and invest in some. Imho it's an awesome investment and it's virtually guaranteed to make you money! I'll sell you a single "mate" for £150 or three for £500. Just post your cash (no cheques) to: PO Box 123 Scam City
  20. Just because tulipmania is a well known speculative bubble it doesn't mean it's not a relevant lesson from history... In every speculative bubble people like you said "this bubble is different", and in general they've been proved wrong.... What's to stop countless computer boffins starting their own crypto currencies? You really think Government couldn't stop Bitcoin trading if they wanted to?
  21. Over the last century the UK stock market has made on average 5% a year in real terms so I think your strategy is sound
  22. Back in 17th century Holland the price of tulip bulbs went through the roof in a speculative bubble. At one stage single bulbs were being sold for the equivalent of ten years wages for a skilled worker. Eventually bulb prices collapsed and a lot of people lost money. imho, Bitcoin seems a similar speculative bubble....
  23. 10 years supply is a lot! Why cut more if you already have a huge supply? Imho you should be selling some...
  24. Ohhh, so the other two videos are true then? Let's be honest here, the authorities are willing to lie to push a PC line.... I think all three videos are true What I find amazing is that people like you condemn Trump for sending these tweets but don't condemn the violence shown in the tweets.
  25. Donald Trump has sent some tweets and the BBC and assorted politicians are getting their knickers in a twist about it. I think this quote sums up the situation: "In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act."
