  2. We do the 45cc anti vibe GGP Kawasaki (red Stiga) sold a few but quality is way off this Maruyama though GGP cheap though £369 inc vat promo price 2 yr commercial warranty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Richard these are a 49.9cc two stroke engine without catalyst , cost is £850 inc vat , I can give arbtalk members a discount . Just to clarify the warranty is 5 years for commercial use . Covers engine & gearbox , 2 years on carburettor , lifetime driveshaft and ignition coil Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Just been building my latest of the Maruyama machines we have sold , this one is the BCV5020 commercial brushcutter . Great machine with low vibes and powerful easy to start engine with 5 year commercial warranty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. If you want a price on a Loncin send me a PM , in our experience they are no problem , we deal wilt ALKO mowers that are fitted as standard with Loncin plus sell lots of engines to builders for cement mixers.
  6. Sounds like I need to put mine up LOL we are £35 plus vat an hour , went up a fiver last year , probably should put it up another fiver this year, all costs are rising , insurance , staffing costs inc the new workplace pension etc all got to be taken into account before I can pay myself wages . We are no different to motor trade garages in many respects , I think average price round our way is at least £50.00 an hour . I started off @ £25 per hour no vat part time in 2008 , once I moved to a proper unit in 2010 then eventually full time £30 per hour vat registration soon followed .
  7. As the others rightly said tank vent , I usually block the hose barb into the air filter , then clock the breather round & extend the hose to come out by the pull start then fix with a small cable tie "job done" , if it still does it then you have a carb fault .
  8. Richard yes we are a Loncin engine dealer they do a 22hp v twin horizontal shaft engine . What do you need to fit the engine to ??
  9. Shane you will need to supply your own battery , a decent small sealed one will do just fine. Spare parts are sensibly priced and are backed up in the uk by E P Barrus , I also have another supplier in Germany who has large stocks of common Loncin parts . Next size up from the 420 is a v twin 19.7 Hp 22hp gross this is electric start ,very similar to a gx670 but much cheaper .
  10. Vespasian the alternative to the Kazz machines is the Orec GR537PRO or GRH537PRO , Orec are another Japanese high quality product , the GRH537PRO is a 3 speed professional mower , the GRH537PRO is the same but with Hydrostatic variable transmission . See below overview:- Orec’s 21” GRH537PRO is a premium Japanese mower designed for the professional user. It features superior collection even in long, wet grass. Hydrostatic drive on this models enables the user to change speed with ease, quickly adjusting to all types of mowing conditions. The reinforced aluminum deck and ratcheted rear wheels will give the performance you need for years to come Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Loncin G420 replaces the GX390 , also comes with electric start as standard . Good quality Chinese engine , Loncin is fitted by many O.E.M'S now inc BMW ! our experience with them on ALKO lawnmowers has been faultless , in my opinion are better than Honda as they do not seem to suffer from the carb issues that Hondas do . P.m me if interested I will be happy to quote Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I second Gardenkits view on the new Mountfield machine , we sell the Atco version , the Liner 19S V , same spec as Mountfield but fitted with a Briggs 675exi engine , the hybrid galvanised / alloy chassis is excellent , it also has the new "Twinclip" blade than no other manufacturer has , tried this in February @ a dealer day , collected wet grass fantastically , we purposely hammered the machine on the lowest setting and it performed very well . Spares for this will be freely available as are all GGP parts . Heavy duty uprated gearbox much bigger than the norm and takes only a tiny effort on the handlebar controls to engage drive . Also as Barrie said Kazz machine is also very good , we supply this in Cobra branding as the RM48SPS £859.99 on offer . Atcos not in the country yet , assume Mountfield is the same as both new products for 2016 , Atco is expected early April . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. ADW you are entitled to your opinion but the truth will be revealed if you care to get out your digital calliper and measure some new chains straight out of the box !. We sell thousands of feet of saw chain every year without issue , Oregon rep been with them for 15 years & in the industry much longer and never seen an issue with that product, that's why Oregon in the states wanted in back , hopefully I may hear their response , if I do I will post it for all to see . As someone else pointed out previously once the chain is in use and has hit hard objects etc and been hand filed any small tolerances will be irrelevant Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Only just found this thread again I thought it had been deleted so now following up. We supplied this chain via Amazon , we are an Oregon dealer and make our chains from 100ft rolls the boxes are then hand written with chain data. This issue was sorted within 48hrs , I liaised with my Oregon rep throughout , the chain in question went back to Oregon in Gloucester and then on to the USA for analysis . We checked random samples of various Oregon , Stihl & Gopart chains , dimensions do vary and all are similar to the customers findings . So to summarise the tolerances quoted initially Would appear to be standard within the saw chain industry . Some cutters are slightly longer than others but this makes little difference as all the cutting faces are evenly spaced , as with any mass produced stamped metal component the production tolerance will be fairly large just due to the nature of the product . 15. Hi send me a P.M I have the correct springs here on the shelf , Pc treescapes is right Stihl don't supply the spring unless it's with a carb Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Might be worth trying B3C mechanic in a bottle to fix , and a B3C tank snake to prevent water in your tank in future , these can be removed , dried and reused multiple times . I stock the MIB if you want some send me a P.M See b3cfuel.co.uk for details of products Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Hi according to the lawnflite website this machine is quoted as 50kg , also checked the Danarm version , this is also quoted as 50kg so I guess the weight quoted by Cobra is slightly low as machine specs are all identical , I can give you a price on the Cobra if you want as I am a dealer , send me a PM Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. The problem with blueing of the chain can pretty much be avoided if using hard green or blue disks on a proper workshop grinder , pink disks are pants , green disks allow a much quicker and cooler job to be done
  19. mikerecike i keep these in stock if you want one drop me a P.M
  20. I would say that the "pin" is in fact the end of the piston circlip , i have seen a few of these snap off . It would be the FS420 cylinder that would be compatible (46mm) , 460 is new generation
  21. Darkslider Stihl HP-SUPER has a fuel stabilizer , not sure how long it preserves the petrol for but i think its short term from memory. I agree with Barrie Aspen is the way forward , i supply this by mail order if you would like to try some drop me a P.M
  22. Can do you a new one for £107.30 inc vat thats a tenner off as a fellow arbtalker
  23. Picture of the other side of the Jonsereds If anyone knows of a silencer drop me a P.M please
  24. Hi i am an AL-KO dealer , the Highline range is pretty good , has a higher vacuum deck than the other Alko mowers so collect grass even better , not marketed as a pro machine but i have various gardeners using alko's without any issues that includes the alko engine entry level range. If you want something more substantial with an alloy deck , bbc and fan assisted collector see the Cobra pro mowers , made by Kazz in Japan Cobra Lawnmowers select lawnmowers , then professional . If you need anymore advice please feel free to ask
  25. The new Kazz 2014 machines have a improved gearbox with a soft take up of drive , there is also a 21" roller version with a high speed gearbox. Pretty sure the manual states that the mower should be moving before the drive is engaged so all the parts are moving , thus taking the strain away from the gearbox upon taking up drive . See the following URL Cobra Lawnmowers Select lawnmowers them professional (Kazz range) drop me a P.M if you fancy one as i am a dealer
