  5. Many years ago i was cutting up near mallaig and i drove there and back from durham in a 1960 series 2 2 1/4 diesel!! Three times i made that trip and everytime i tried to sell it to the other cutters cos i couldnt face driving it home again! Dont think ive ever recieved the medal i deserved!!!

  13. Yeah i know what the bloody things are like, ive come through the ranks right the way from a 1960 series 2!! I think i,m just not as tolerant as i used to be! Or spoilt by jap stuff! Tyre pressures are a pet peeve of mine and as yous all know it makes a difference in the drive with landys
  14. Ive got 235/85/16 goodyear wranglers on, heavy superwinch on the bumper and a chip box on the back which is very often crammed to capacity with chip/logs, mostly roadwork though/ forest tracks

  16. Right i,m gonna be an anorak here, what pressure for day to day use do all you 130 tipper owners use? Mine had 45 front and 55 rear and it shook my fillings out!!??
  17. Transit in decent nick for sensible money is as good a vehicle as any to start off with, cheap to buy, repair, get parts for.
  18. 361, 15", 461, 20", 660, 30" nowt you couldnt tackle with those three
