Class Q is just a kick in the balls, take it from someone that went for class E/R on a building (That's effectively a business that's run from home, Ie not noisy) and is now trying to get permission to rebuild like for like to make it more useable, warmer and eco BS. Currently about 8k+ and counting with conditions that lists into the pages. Just because you hear Derek down the pub etc, doesn't make it actually true.

That's not how it works, by your reasoning I should be able to go into the RBS branch and demand a free pen because it's still partly owned by the government. That's either flexible morals or just fkd up thinking.

Plus that snippet of legislation is about snubbing out an existing hedge. Cutting is something of a grey area, more enforced if you're obviously seen to kill a nesting bird or in a stewardship scheme.

Unless you've seen a land registry, I'd believe nothing. As I bet the RSPB own the bit he was using FOC. If it was as the landlord says, the signs would have miraculously disappeared.

I know you choose to live like this, just saying the landlord is equally probably mugging you off with BS and telling you lies. They won't just put up signs for the fun of it, the landlord is probably just salty like the locals are that the RSPB bought it.

Was it gravel or tarmac?. We don't own it, the local council would if it's an adopted and tarmacked road. Gravel road generally means owned by someone in this case the RSPB probably and the scouts have right if access.

Unfortunately we now live in a world where stupidity is rewarded and stupidity=big legal payouts. I walked into a lamppost, coffee was hot, I walked through those barriers and fell in a hole, the parking ticket wasn't in Welsh etc. Maybe the ban on smacking kids is the result?.

It neither strengthens or weakens my argument. You could argue it's a point of democracy that in the UK you aren't taken down a back alley and introduced to a parabellum for throwing a milkshake. Still waiting on the if you actually vote question.

Hence the you vote, you can criticise. Strangely the Irishman @peds, didn't actually say if he votes in his elections. Those saying we can effectively tar and feather a politician have zero understanding of politics and should maybe live in a country where a despot tells people what to think and do, as they're usually the countries throwing veg and shoes at people.

I'm also a believer that if you don't vote, you're automatically banned from having any opinions or voice to criticise any politician or party. So do you vote ?

I don't think farage hitting a uneducated indoctrinated child is going to help. Prison would be a better deterrent, maybe it's an either or option ?.

Anyone that throws anything at a politician of any hue, needs locking up for 6 months, preferably in solitary.

Yeap, all the cheap ones leak. Greased the tractor with usual EP stuff yesterday and i end up covered in oil. The cheap ones are that bad, I now grease outside to save the floor cleaning but still need coveralls and disposable gloves.
