  1. Was only quoting what has been said and not my words...and yes I know never believe what the papers say but I do think that it is about time these wet market ps are banned and you can tell me if i’am wrong but the powers that be in China are in the process of doing exactly that...they will need to do something to appease the west who they do vast amounts of trade with and I believe that out of everything bad what happens in this world it’s is the catalyst for something good to come out of it.
  2. I promised myself I wouldn’t react any more of your post on this subject but reading the news this morning it looks like China is going to face dyer consequences over the outbreak and there handleing of the Coronavirus and world leaders getting together to decide how to carry it out and has warned China it could come a pariah state. i may not be a politician but if they are echoing what I said yesterday we’ll just maybe I was wright and you were wrong to defend them.
  3. Listen for all the dogooders and human rites activists I agree that China has given a lot in technology etc...but there culture in the way they live and eat has brought the whole world to its knees and no one can tell me any different...so mr squirrel you can keep spouting your pro Chinese shit to anyone else who wants to listen but I would argue many more won’t want to here your invalid points.you should have stayed there if it was so great and not bothered coming back here.
  4. Your friends maybe but not mine.
  5. Andy don’t waste your time and energy with this guy..best left alone now.
  6. To late fella...and I haven’t got the time to argue the toss.
  7. Bollocks.
  8. Was out at 6.30 this morning Emergency Call Out Medium Ash Tree leaning towards power lines in Much Markle..been in bout half hour nothing seems normal even on the roads and the way you have to communicate with clients....I still can’t seem to adjust to what’s going on so just trying to be as normal as possible but it’s not till you get home you realise you can’t go out and put your Saturday football bet on or pop in to the pub or the footy isn’t on later...those fuckin Chinese have got a lot to answer for..they have taken at least a year out of my life and killed many peoples mums, dads, sisters, bothers, and lots of other family and friends..really angry about it the more I think of what’s happening.
  9. He likes his photograph being taken...handsome lad...love black and a touch of white.
  10. Yes Gary I can’t believe myself...it’s got to be something to do with the food i have been giving him along with chicken pieces and cod liver oil capsules since he was 3 months old.?
  11. You could be confused it Looks like the hight of summer.
  12. Hi Gary he is a handsome chap.
  13. Hi stubby..just realised I put more or less same as you apart from the French and maybe Norfolk..so I know about as much as you.?
  14. Hi stubby..your not a twat your just quick off the mark...do I know anymore well I could cheat and google but if the top of my head I can think of are,Irish Water Spaniel,Welsh,French and Field..am sure there are more but can’t think of any may be a Norfolk Spaniel or something like that but not sure.?
  15. Arrr..good point stubby and stand corrected..what I ment to or should have said is always had English Springer Spaniels.
  16. As either would I tell or advise anyone, but must say the ZZ has been out a number of years now and I have a lot of Arb mates who use them, now weather it’s by luck or just good management of the equipment I have never herd of one failing...a lot of problems with anything with moving parts is lack of care and or maintenance...but you are correct in what you say there has been a number of failures.good climbing fella and stay safe?
  17. Thanks David and I think if we can live and have some kind of normality it does us good in these strange times, can’t put everything part of your life on hold and animals don’t know what’s going on so best just to do best by them as much as possible. Hope all good over were you are and your managing to keep going?i know the government over there works in a different way to ours so hopefully you won’t be waiting till June to get some help?I will be posting some more photographs over the weekend hopefully, have a small take down in Much Markle way out in the sticks so should be ok to take some more photographs of Weaver. All the very best.
  18. Always had Spaniels myself but fancied a change so got a sprocker and I must admit there energy is boundless and he is so brave and not frightened of anything and for his size he is so strong,Weaver is just over 7 months old now so he still has a little bit of growing to do but hopefully not much more.
  19. I have to disagree with you on this one Khriss..the ZigZag was and is a great step forward in Arb work and has enabled us to gain access to trees and moving in and around the canopy much more easily and it’s like everything else if you use it in its correct manner and look after it the ZIg Zag is a brilliant piece of engineering to add to your climbing kit..I now have 2 for double rope working system and it’s fab.
  20. Same here got no choice but luckily I have no family to feed as live on my own but that brings its own issues but am old school and fortunately I have jobs I can do on my own with no contact with anybody else...it is stupid when you think about it,keeping your distance from everyone yet when you go to the garage to get your fuel you inevitably buy something else and your either giving money over or your within 2m of the person serving..o well crack on as i’am still in the dark about getting any help but the upshot is if I air anybody else are able to it won’t be till June and will be taxed on it anyway.just thank feck it’s still not raining....every cloud and all that.
  21. Evening all and hope all good with everyone, well a lot has happened since I last posted on my new sprocker Weaver, floods for weeks and not really being able to do much with him and now the old Coronavirus. Anyway As said in other posts I have started and have commented on I have still been going to work and for the last couple of days have been doing a nice little tree job near a pond and the owners have kindly let me do a little work with Weaver just small retrieveing and getting him use to water so here are a few photographs from today.if you look closely in the first photograph in the background there are some ducks and yes real ones and he was very good and didn’t bother with them while hunting for the dummy in the reed bed.
  22. So it’s june that we will be getting something if anything,I was only a month out..close but no cigar.
  23. Friends in high places?
  24. Here is the news boys and girls...no help for the SE until the end of May(8 Weeks) so bollocks to stoping at home I would rather die working then sat at home just waiting...i honestly thought they would have done more to help us out even short term...how many can hang on for 2 months without going under or losing what they have worked for..am I over reacting?????
