  1. Impressive photos. Pretty smart that the trunk is crystal clear defined and then as you work your way out into the limbs they become less and less clear
  2. Burn't her dinner tonight, went and told her so she came and looked. Then said; ''thats more badder than it heared'' Think perhaps she meant, 'thats worse than it sounded'
  3. That four poster is a beautifully solid looking bed. A real mans bed. I like very much. Great craftmanship.
  4. Great thread. Usually under the seat here, let em dry nice and crispy then they wipe off and get hoovered up when the vehicle gets a clean. Not sure why the ''snot rocket'' is looked down upon. Can understand if their is a client there, but any other time it sure beats walking around with a pocketful of snot, slowlyy soaking through to yer undies.
  5.
  6. nice work
  7. Thats not half bad for a first punt man. As said above, with bigger logs it would have more impact, and if you could make sure to have all the letters a consistant height too. Just a thought but what about a vertical sign carved out of a standing section. Not sure how you planned on displaying your letters that you have done individually. This would bring it together and make it easy to setup on the day etc, might want to sain the background a little darker too so that it stands out. Something like this;
  8. This is beautiful, some truly amazing wall art there. The vibrant colours and abstract designs standout so powerfully from the more drab and dusty background, it really is quite inspirational. Thanks for sharing, I like very much
  9. That makes sense when I think it through. Cheers
  10. Oooooo thats Pretty
  11. It was my first and only bike and gave me access to places a little farther out into the forest and wilderness when I was relatively young. Many fond memories. Been looking at what I would(hypothetically; if money started growing on...) replace it with and I am loving the Husaberg FE450 enduro bikes. Anyways....back in the real world That is a damn nice paint job on that there 4 wheeled bycycle
  12. Funky looking trees Why do they all go North though??Why not east?, bit longitudinalist isn't it.
  13. My old 250. I miss that bike, might have to save up for a new machine, they are too much fun.
  14. Cheers for the feedback. I'm not in your area to do the course with Paul, but thanks for the offer.
  15. Was late one morning and rushing around to get my work stuff together and leave. Little one was sat eating cereal in her highchair at the time and saw that I didn't eat any breakfast, my work jacket was on the back of the chair so she put the rest of her cereal into my pocket so I could take it with me. Milk and all!! Hard to be mad when it was done with such good intentions, but AAAHHHH!!
  16. Have worked a few winter seasons skiing in British Columbia, Canada and lots of the guys I worked with spent the summer season working forestry. There is lots of work and good pay, almost stayed out the and wish I had sometimes.
  17. I love how she just put her rubbish in the bin after, spared the tree that almost hit her a 2 second glance then wandered off to work. It didn't seem to bother her at all!
  18. Nice truck there, and an amazing story about its revival. I want to go live in Alaska when I retire.
  19. Well done man. Looking to do mine soon too, where did you do it? Was there anything that was particularly harder than you expected? Cheers
  20. Nice wee video, it was a lovely day indeed.
  21. ^^This is very true. Once you get through the next couple of weeks you are homesailing. Have quit a few times mysef haha but back on the rollies at the moment. Might be time to stop again soon though
  22. Well done man
  23. I use a Rab Neutrino 600 Down bag and have slept in it down to temps of about -10c and never been cold. Also have a Hennessy Hammock which I have found a revelation after spending too many night in a simple bivvy bag and generally being uncomfortable as funk.
  24. Watching through a bit of Season 6 at the moment and Shelby is such a character, top Bloke. The show does have a huge reality tv side to it, but it is worth it for characters like DJ Jeremiah(who I can't decide if I like or loath yet) and Coatsy is good guy too. Good to see Joe and Coatsy down in Montana felling with the crosscut saw, proper hard graft. Safety wise though, am not sure I would be willing to work with a lot of the guys on the show. Filming or not there are some pretty bad calls going on, putting crews in danger.
