  17. My guess is that prof pilmer might just have some financial interests in the oil business! Personally im not convinced by the whole global warming thing either but polluting the atmosphere is not good regardless and recycling is just good sense provided its done in a way that is sensible...ie not shipped to india for example. There is only so much space...who wants to live on top of a landfill...unless the amount of crap we throw away to changes we might just end up that way! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. I am removing a pond from my garden that i have had for many years and i want to move the fish on to a new home. There are 5 i want to give away but there are conditions! : 1. 'cause im old fashioned i want them to go somewhere thats suitable not just a small garden pond but suit large koi up to 18"...thus means a pond minimum of 500 gallons preferably more and needs a depth of 3feet min. 2. I am releuctant to sell them only because i took a lot of care and pride with these fish and i know similar enthusiasts would too. Equally i would hate to sell a fish with a disease that could infect others in an existing pond system and potentially cause harm. So if you have or know someone who has a new pond with NO fish as yet pm me. If you cant stand the guilt of taking such nice fish away without payment, a nice gesture would be a donation to a charity. "buyers" responsibility to collect from gloucester area and must provide means of transporting the fish. In the unlikely event i get multiple offers... The lucky person will be the one that offers the best donation! Should this be on arb trader lol???. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  24. Ps...the more options you choose, ie the longer the listing, reserves etc, the cost to list the item is higher. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. if you want you can set a starting price but can often put ppl off...but you can set a reserve if you wish. As mentioned in previous post, start at 99p! Think about how long you want to run the listing for and equally when you want it to end. By that i mean most of the auction fever happens as the listing gets close to the end. So avoid it ending at midnight on sunday when most ppl are tucked in bed because of work the next day! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
