  1. Stihl say M-tronic machines are good to E25. I can believe this as its standard fuel in Brazil where they have a factory and probably been tested. They even run E100 out there!
  2. It's a domestic range saw. Last I knew they are made in the USA anyway
  3. I've not seen this either. Definitely take it to your local dealer and get it looked at
  4. I chain linked mine and stuffed in a pillow case, then washed 30 on a slow spin. It always worked for me.
  5. Whoever told you to only use Ultra must of been trying to get you to spend more. Granted it's biodegradable and also has a fuel stabiliser mixed in. From my knowledge from Stihl, Super is fine to use in new saws. ( definitely wouldn't use HP ) As for keeping fuel I'd make sure it's used within a month of buying. I kept to that rule when I started 22 year's ago. As regards to my knowledge on the oil I'm going off what Stihl told me as a dealer.
  6. Husqvarna's back order list says April when I checked last week, although I wait with baited breath as they've been shocking with delivery dates
  7. I'll have a look when I get to work in the morning if we have one. Send me your number and I can give you a price 👍
  8. It is true that some types of glue can damage helmets just the same as it can with any type of crash helmet

Please do Steve, they don't seem to like giving demo's to us dealers.

Received today. Bloke at work is well happy with it. Cheers again 👍
  11. It's good to give old parts back as far to many don't believe what's been replaced and why. Just wish people would take them with them. Certainly the plastic/rubber components.

    Done 👍
  13. Yes it can. As said theres two types. One being pre mixed 2t fuel at 50:1 and the 4t version that just replaces unleaded

I'd of had the Morris ones. A lad at work is on with doing a old Morris GPO van. Would of loved'em
  16. Rob Rainford in St Helens does it. Not sure if he comes on here much now. I can get you his number if you want
  17. You could buy the Aspen/Stihl/Husqvarna 4t fuel and mix it yourself and then it's mixed spot on
  18. Unfortunately for the op stihl don't make one in 4.5mm
  19. My shoulders and knees are both knackered originally from mountain biking only to be made worse from tree work. My shoulders have come out more times than I can remember and can probably say the same for my knee. Feeling far better after retiring from tree work at the grand old age of 37. 2 years on and there's still pain, but nowhere near as much. Some of my mates who used to be professional riders put me on to a sports therapist that they use in the local town, helps alot
  20. Where you based, is there a chainsaw shop near you? They should be able to make one for you. If not message me on here and I'll make one up and post out on Monday when back at work 👍
  21. When I last checked delivery was still TBC on their monthly back order list.
  22. Have a look at the HTA 135, it uses the 12" 3/8 1.1mm chain as the old petrol saws did. From my limited use, it seems a good machine the motor is at the bottom as well not having a cable running up the shaft. A dam sight more heavy duty than the HTA 86 and still feels lighter than a petrol machine, probably works out the same weight but less vibration.
  23. Could try North West Tippers, mainly do wagons, but I'm sure they could point you in the right direction. I think they've done a few transits. Based in Blackburn
  24. Ps that pickup is awesome
  25. Happy new year and all the best. Hope you're doing well, I'm guessing this could be the big venture you've been on about? As said all the best to you and your adventures 👍
