  1. Sorry Steve. Just checked my chain again and say Oregon on the side
  2. Mine just has depth gauge and cutter as per usual. Cutter is at very slight angle 10 degrees or less by the looks of it.
  3. The thin bits? Off to the shed to go see one for a reminder
  4. Like a regular chain just at 10 degrees not 30 if I remember rightly.
  5. Ah thanks. Did wonder if I had missed a mobile circular saw machine in the market
  6. You running Rotatech chain? Seen someone mention they did not carry the oil around the bar well and the bearings nose bearing getting hot. On the other hand my experience of Husky bars is they are made of a cheese and replaced mine with a Sugihara.
  7. Sorry for slight divert but not seen a road tow Japa 700. Any links? Had a quick look but could not find it.
  8. We just had free Sky for a year but other than a couple of programs it was a waste of time and wont be renewing when it costs money.
  9. Enjoy your tipple I learnt to swim
  10. Another option to check out is Airband. The coverage is very limited at present but think it's work in progress. https://www.airband.co/
  11. Shed was for a customer
  12. Yep and fitting this in around Christmas deliveries was a bit ambitious Last load went out at 17.00 Christmas Eve
  13. I was trying to make it less likely to attract attention from planners. In reality it's very isolated and unlikely anyone would complain. Not intended to be moved fully laden just can be moved if some busy body complains. Not certain on all the rules but just found this Planning Permission Loads of locals put up "mobile field shelters" that never get moved and no one complains.
  14. I stack them as you get more in and they dry better win win. Yes it takes a bit longer to fill a bay but when it comes to loading up the truck it's lot quicker grabbing a bundle of neatly stacked logs.
  15. Na no back slats. Not needed if your stacking skill are up to it
  16. My experience says good winter tyres are better than 4wd with regular tyres. Are AT tyres the softer compound? I was told the reason winter tyres work so well is more to do with the compound remaining supple at low temps than the tread.
  17. It's in a National park were you cant sneeze without permission
  18. Last minute job this week to make a log shed without planning and on solid granite. Got to test the mobile aspect and easily dragged it about with a Tirof winch
  19. You should be able to varnish over oil but make darn well sure it's dried fully first. I would give it a few days at least. Again I would not use acrylic varnish on a pine table unless you want a very pale table. Always thought a well done Poly on pine is hard to beat and I mean the sort you clean the brush with white spirits. Apparently there are now polyurethane varnishes that are water based but never tried them myself.
  20. Must admit to not being a fan of oil on softwoods with it not drying properly. I would stick with your usual polyurethane varnish for a table.
  21. This is how my table got bent. A small branch got drawn into the gap between the moving part of the in feed table and the static part. If your looking at the cutting and splitting very easy for a small piece of wood to work it's way a long way in levering the two parts of the in feed apart. To avoid this happening again I fitted a small angle bracket underneath to block a sticks progress.
  22. Glad you got it sorted. Just spotted your earlier post re modifications. Posted them up here http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/firewood-forum/96817-show-us-your-processor-modifications.html

You don't need to do regular contract hours to do agency work. Some nurses are full time agency.

They are but they still have to fill the day to day staffing needs and if they can only get independent agency staff at twice the price they do. Even then they are often under staffed.
  25. I like these Moldex Dust Mask FFP2 D (20 per Pack) | Malthouse Products Ltd. The downwards firing valve enables you to where goggles without misting up.
