  1. If you are on about the rings that join the bridge and other parts then no. You can't buy them. I asked this while ago.
  2. And its about to get easier. The eldest is on job seekers, sadly I can't give him any work, only the odd job I get now and again. They are closing down the centres soon and all the applications or declarations of finding work, whatever you want to call it, is going to be done online or ove true phone. So they don't even have to get out of bed anymore......
  3. I have made some dogs for my 351. Did try the 357 but i didn't like the dogs, they didn't dig in enought for my liking so I made some that have some kick ass spikes on them. Digs in lovely now. Got a strimmer to look at and a makita hedge cutter with a broken pull cord spring. I think as I havnt had it apart yet to look at it.

  6. Hi dan. Hope I helped on the running front earlier... I did forget the price for advice is one stihl cap per phone call..... Hopefully you get it sorted.
  7. Gardenkit....... My first port of call.
  8. Its not leaking, its a visual aid to see if there is oil in there...... When its stops leaking it needs a top up.
  9. Yeah. Jeeze. If that was varty and vorderman it would have been 2 seconds. If she could get near him that is.:lol:
  10. Yeah on company time or door knocking is a bit immoral.. But if the customer found his contact details, (and they may have not known it was him just found his number in an ad) then that's a bit different. Surely?
  11. One long reach hedge cutter made up. One "sovereign" strimmer (yes spud another one of those things ) in last minute. Taken out of shed and not running..... Manky fuel (should be using aspen) fuel line in tank perrished. So new lines a good clean and should be good to go. Still waiting on parts for other tools. Also an mtd ride on where the steering ball joints have worn and are not holding in. So need to order some of those in aswell..... I hate waiting for parts.
  12. All exept for the broken window just sounds like what I have in for repair list...
  13. Hahahahahaahahaha, didn't flash there lights a certain way when the saw you did they? Moved the chipper over and run some bits through it. Should get them moving again...
  14. Not for me. I'm in a great mood. I love Mondays, just Tuesdays, Wednesdays Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays that get me... Sundays not too bad I guess.

    Heights

And you delete the last line of my post.............. I used to have a huge fear of going over ten feet. Now they don't bother me. Just get on with a job. I know the gear is safe and with machine lifting I know that machine has past tests same as ropes and harnesses. Plus a good inspection first always eases the mind.

    Heights

When working with heights I have always been told (not tree work but with machines and platforms) you could be 10 feet or 110 feet, the outcome could always be bad. Concentrate on what you are doing not where you are doing it.
  18. Exactly what I was thinking. It looks like the old Lego cartoons. Motion capture video. It really does look like toys. Top stuff.
