  1. Don't piss about . Put an electronic tracker on it . 🙂
  2. If you can afford it Just use Red Line Racing 2T oil . Its the best you can get ( IMHO ) . I use it mixed with an alkylate fuel at 50:1 .
  3. Just saying if peeps recall I had a struggle controlling my " Crocky ported " 395XP on a 13" 3/8 pitch bar during the chainsaw race recently , and I have done a bit over the years .
  4. Oi oi then Mark . I think there are differing quality 2T oils . This can be determined by the ratings but what they mean you would need someone like old TCD to tell you . What I do klnow is you should not use marine 2T oil in anything other than an out board motor . Again I can't remember why other than its a temperature thing .
  5. On special offer . 1 " can you just " + 1 " whilst you are here " £280 .
  6. Don't stress Les the world is your lobster .
  7. I have foraged . Giant puff balls . St Georges mushroom , field mushroom black berries and sloes .
  8. @sime42 He / it won't get a notification the way you have typed it . It should be @madmaxtree
  9. No body in their right mind would want it reversed surely ? They might even pay extra for the mod !
  10. I don't feel guilty and I don't believe some of the figures quoted . One jumbo jet taking off from Gatwhick probably pollutes more than all the stoves in my village over one winter .
  11. I like the way Hawthorn has a kinda blue flame . And how Holm Oak burns a bit like coal with a glow .
  12. As above . A piece of piss to convert , mine was any way . Just one blob of weld on the rotatey handle and jobs a goodun .
  13. What is his area ? Could not find any reference in the post but good point .
  14. I see the beginnings of die back in the crown .. As you say its a right old mess with included pipe work ! I would not say its an immediate hazard but not overly pretty . Take it down and start again . At a guess I would say its highways tree .
  15. Stubby

    Hexa chain

I thought Stihl had a kind of combi file thing that did both together . I may be mistaken .
  16. I understand you wanting to get something running but if you need a saw get soething that is not rare as rocking horse poo ....
  17. FFS he is going along with it ! Give the lad a break ...The laughing icon at the end of his post ?
