  1. Would not do it on the saw for fear of ingesting metal swarf . Mine was taken off cut open all the way round at the seam . Some of the restriction removed and welded back together . Cut and Shut if you like !

  8. Second that here for Cillit Bang grime and lime . Works better than purpose made glass cleaners and much cheaper .
  9. 395 all day long . Have / had both . (3120 and 395 ) Would sooner pick up the 395 .

  11. Can you see a whitess stripe of oil on a fresh cut " white face " if you run it close to the cut face ? If not its not oiling properly . If yes then I can only assume its the extra speed If the chain is not too tight and the bar in good nick .
  12. I run an 8 pin on mine but its a .325 so not as big as a 3/8 so not quite as fast . Mine oils fine on an 18" bar .
  13. Had a Tirfor Biggun and could hardly pick it up:001_rolleyes: Got a Yale next size down now . Works fine winching but difficult to get into neutral so have to winch the steel rope in and out !
  14. Pfanner Zermatts here . Don't get off the ground any more so they will last indefinately now
