  1. It was quite relaxing . The road , as you know is a favorite with bikers , ( I used to use it my self with the " breakfast club " and stop at the West Meon Hut . Today we were all driving sensibly 50 40 30 mph as directed . Gave time to take in the lovely trees that they are .
  2. May be that is all that has been registered so far . I know of one on the dark side of the moon ...?
  3. Had an out break of Red Admirals about this time last year . Hundreds of them , small they were but pretty sure they were Red Admirals .
  4. Surprised you did not stick a bar in the blower ...?
  5. Had cause to drive along the 272 today , the stretch from Petersfield to Winchester . Quite a few beautiful and majestic Copper Beech as you drive along . They are inter spaced,randomly, with green leafed Beech . Worth a drive on a Sunday just to take them in .

  11. I second the Pfanner strides . The " fronts only " with the zip vents are another world away from wearing a sleeping bag on each leg .

  15. Any signs of Chalara on it ? If so the combined stress will probably see it off .
  16. Are you going to " dig it in " below the surface ? Allow for that in the price .
