Middle age for me is a distant memory ( least I think its a memory ? ) I was shaving , with the old cut throat , around the old mans beard when I noticed that , perhaps my eyes have changed color slightly . They were always dark brown . They look like they are tinted with very dark green now . Any one else have this ?

I spent the last 4 years on the saw with the inboard side ( top and bottom ) of my knee completely worn away . This made my right leg even more bandy than the left ! If you need a knee see if a unicompartmental ( half knee ) will sort it to start with . Its then much easier to put a full knee in after you have trashed that one . -
If the 500i is as fragile as the 462 is said to be then no. Wait a bit see how they fair in a production cutting environment .
