  1. Don't worry they can't touch you for it .
  2. Hope it all goes well matey .
  3. You said " quality of fuel " You miss led me . I am saying it adjusts the amount of air to the mix ( 40:1 if you like ) to suit ambient conditions , altitude , temp , partially blocked air filter etc .
  4. Both 40:1 and 50:1 can be the same quality , good or bad . Are you saying it does not adjust the amount of air for a given situation ?
  5. I don't now if A/T can tell if you are running 40:1 or 50:1 . What it will do is add or subtract air to the mix to suit ambient conditions , partially blocked air filters etc . I call the mix the fuel . That is oil + petrol/Aspen
  6. Ducks all paired for a few weeks here . Expecting ducklings any time .
  7. You don't have to " flatten the pen ". Just remove the wire mesh from between the posts , coil it back , pick up any " pop holes " that might be in the way and just fell it the way it wants to go . Use any kind of felling cut you think appropriate . Soft Dutchman , dog tooth , letter box or whatever . . Leave some of the brash in the pen . birds will love that . Anyway you got till next July / August to make any repairs to the pen . You wont get your poults till then .
  8. I would use them as they are . Zero work , free warm . ?

    Arson ?

The resultant problem at this site is it is right next to the lakes ( Fishing water skiing etc ) which in turn drain into Pagham harbor should they over fill . Because of this the fire brigade wont heap tons of water for fear of contamination . They are dragging parts out and damping it down were they can . I am 5 or 6 miles away in Lavant village but can small he burn now on the wind .

    Arson ?

Chichester amenity tip went up in frames last night . I could see the glow and plume of smoke from my loft window ( about 5 miles away ) . At the time it had been raining and hail stoning . Every where was pretty wet . There is still a column of smoke this evening . Pure speculation but arson ?
  13. Hard to say without being there . Don't kill your self , please .
  14. Best a loose baffle , Worst a crank stuffer come off !
  15. Spike it and cut and chuck maybe ? Or get a winch in there . Or take the wire netting off the posts and fell into the gap etc etc ....
  16. Yea I know Wes . I was just being a twatt . I have used all cutters in all types over the years .
  17. Surely the more metal you have cutting the more wood you are cutting so the whole thing cancels itself out . Small surface area cuts X amount of wood . Large surface are cuts X + amount of wood . I think a dull chain is a dull chain , beit Semi , round ground or square ground .
  18. Yep . You need to add another 80 psi to the 70 you got !
  19. Frost this morning . Hail last night turned to rain which has frozen.
  20. Did he not taker her out to the pictures first ? ?
  21. I held off getting a Mk 1 550 purely as I have a Spud ported 346 from 2004 ! Now I am retired from full time cutting I won't need a MK 2 either ?
  22. Remember the " nesting bird " rule .
  23. Keep trying , he will shit in the house if you persevere ?
