  1. When I was a child the eldest brother of a kid my age who hung around with us had downs syndrome . He was just Peter to us . His hobbies were collecting foreign stamps , blowing soap bubbles and digging holes . He dug a massive hole in my Dads veg patch ! I liked him very much and can now see how those things were important to him .
  2. Morning all . Cool a gain , 3c but no wind as yet .
  3. Can't remember who I got mine from but I would recommend them .
  4. They are Australian I seem to remember . Must meet their standards I suppose .
  5. I have Cloggers . Mine aren't CE marked coz I bought them a couple of years back but they might be now . Good strides .
  6. 2nd that .
  7. Carting jet fuel . Just business . O are you suggesting it was deliberately rammed by a ship carrying dodgy chemicals ?
  8. Morning all . Colder , like they said . Be lucky
  9. When you tension the chain make sure you lift the bar before you nip it up . The way I do it is to do the nuts ( or whatever it is on that saw ) up finger tight , hold the saw by the back handle and drop the bar tip on a log and tighten . If you don't do this after the first cut the bar will move up fractionally making the chain slack again .
  10. A close up of those buds would confirm if its " Horseyus Chestnuttius " 🙂
  11. Its done here in the South but hard woods , beech etc .
  12. Strangely placed shot gun cartridge . 16 bore ? , being blue ?
  13. Wrong pitch chain for the sprocket .
  14. Yes matey . Most of mine 🙂
  15. You are obviously not working hard enough . If you were there would be loads more . 🙂 Or are you just saying " Iv got a 500i ....look !
  16. Oi oi then my friends . Happy Sunday . COME ON ENGLAND !
  17. I love faggots .
  18. Steve . I have just logged on now after the rugby and its gone slow again and the banner across the bottom that says " we have placed cookies " is reluctant to go away even after ticking the ok box .
  19. Air leak somewhere ?
  20. It makes me talk a lot and bob about like toilet house fly for about an hour then I get really tiered and fall asleep .
  21. Happy Saturday troops .
  22. No . It has to be the correct pitch , the correct gauge and the correct number of drivers for that length and type of bar .
  23. The top plate and the side plate have no clearance to them . It will be rubbing and all you will get will be dust . Looks like the rakers have never been touched either . This wont help either . Bin it . Also , just to be pedantic there is no " blade " ( thats on a knife ) . There is a bar , with a groove in it in which a chain runs and this chain has cutters , rakers and below , in the bar it has drivers .
