  1. Fruit tree pruning , well correct fruit tree pruning is a dark art to which I am only scratching the surface here . I have seen very old apple trees with a wound where a limb has sapped out producing so much fruit that there is a danger of other limbs sapping . In the old wound there was decompositon , soil like , and daffodils growing from it . About chest high . I kinda liked it . I think if they are old you just godda let them do their thing unless they are in the way . Then you take off what you think you can and hope they will carry on . Depends if they are your trees and if you like the apples . Someone else with more knowledge than me will sort you out in a mo .
  2. If your paypal acc is linked to a credit card it can be reversed . They even tell you this . My advice would be to reject the the payment ( although ebay say you are obliged to accept pay pal ) , part of thier company , Cash on collection only or forget it . If he is legit and wants it he will oblige . If he is a scammer then you are not out of pocket . You godda look out for your selve bud .
  3. I noticed that too ! One thing I am not going to do is tell Mike Tyson he has nice tits !
  4. Yep Lock stops .Does it on my Navara . Just grease them . Does not stop it for long but will for a bit .
  5. Yea its a crap Zomax and not worth the asking money IMO but that does not mean it " knock Off " ( I presume you mean stolen ? ) .
  6. Had wet trousers all week . Gloves like concrete after being in the airing cupboard over night . I have some Miendele boots . nearly worn out now but had about 2 years they are superb !
  7. Unless your customer loves mowing 3 times a week DON'T seed it with Italian Rye grass It grows a 100 miles an hour !!
  8. 90% of the time its fine , the other 10% its not . Same goes for the felling rope . For us its not the money its coiling the bugger up after !

    just beautiful

I have an S.G. cherry a Dakota red telecaster and a "54" s/burst Strat . Love the S.G. but prefere the sound of the single coil pups on the fenders played through my Fender hot rod all valve amp .
  10. I have always used Husky and am now on the Technicals for the vented zips . Have heard that Phannar are better . Gladiator stretch air ventilation for summer and Gladiator stretch air cool for winter . More expensive but will try some soon .
  11. Yep . Spot on . 50cc one has decomp the other does not .
  12. Yep . The 346 only comes as an XP . The " lesser" saw in that capacity/ model is a a 345 . The 346 xp is a cracking saw , I have one ( tuned by spud ) making it even better . It is now superseded by the 550XP also a cracker . If its a genuine one and working as it should I would say its a bargain . Maksure its not a 345 with a 346 starter cover fitted . Also a 346 has quick releice top cover clipds a 345 has screws .
  13. Got mine from " elctroplus" on german ebay . Came to £62 and took three days from payment to my door . Had to give him 5 stars and a " BIG UP"
  14. There is no circlip on a 395 thats on a372 . You will have to knock it off with the spanner that fits . L.H. thread . usually compression is enough . Make sure de comp is pushed out not in , sharp tap with a mallet on end of spanner and it will spin off .
  15. I know its a minor thing but people have said about less fill ups but is the tank the same size as an ms 200t, or bigger, or even smaller ?? obviously if it is smaller then that says the fuel economy is good/better . if its the same size then not so . If it is larger then it might not be as good on fuel as a 200 ? Just wondered has any one been board/sad enough to check ?
  16. OOeerr . My 390 is newish so not done alot of work but not had those problems ...yet . I wanted another 385 to replace my stolen one but when I went in they did not have any and said they don't make them any more so got the 390 which seems identical . Its a high top wity the big soft wood dogs on a 28" bar . bet it flies on an 18 or so !
  17. Get some soil from the gardens at Buckingham Palace , see if he can afford that mortgage !
  18. Nozzels and seals on the injectors . After a while they dribble constantly rather than squirt at the right time . This unburnt fuel finds its way into the exhaust making the smoke . Do all the other things mentioned and get exchange injectors as also mentioned .
  19. I bought a so called "cheap chinky " one because I liked the design . I has an anvill both ends and a double sided splitting wedge so you can split in both directios , load another ring whilst its on it way to he opposite end etc . Its supposed to be 20T force (never measured it but has not failed to split any thing yet) Honda copy engine . I modded it by fitting "road tow suspension units and made it one handed opp thats all . Its also faster than any other hydrulic splitter I have seen .
  20. Every cloud as they say ......
  21. Look at his other stuff . Hes got a walk in one ( almost) for £3,500 !
