  1. Sorry Stephen . Been there several times . Not a lot of fun . My spaniel is 14 and still going strong but dreading the day .
  2. There are threads on here about that saw if you put in a search . Some say that the clutch needle bearing won't last 2 weeks let alone 2 years . Never had one myself so can't honestly comment . ( Husky man really ) .........

    Thats good on an exposed stud but from what I understand it is a bolt that has sheered and I'm guessing its under flush . I think the only way is " easy outs " or stud extractors .
  4. Well it seems its between Stihl 441 or Husky 372 with a few outside runners . Let us know what you go with and what you think ........
  5. Have you got the right gap between the coil and the flywheel magnets ?
  6. Its on my doorstep ( I live in the village of Lavant a stones throw away ) and can see all the air displays and hear all the cars but I confess I have never been . Have been four or five times to the "revival " in September at the goodwood motor circuit but not the hill climb at the house .
  7. Have shot a few woodcock in the past , probably count them on one hand . Would not do it nowadays . Fantastic little bird . Roding displays just before sunset are fantastic to watch albeit briefly......

  9. When you changed the drive belt did you disturb the interlock switch that stops you starting it if the blades are engaged ?

  14. I got a 560 and it is a stonking saw strait out of the box but I had mine "tweeked" by petemate . If you have not used a 60cc for a while you might be surprised . I run mine on an 18" full chiz . They are outrageous on a 15" !!

  16. Hole in the exhaust or valve clearances too tight ( exhaust valve not seating , fuel getting into exhaust and igniting ) or timing out ..........
  17. 550 is the 346 replacement 560 is the 357 replacement
  18. 90f in the shade in the garden . Put thermometer in the sun and it went up to 106f . Outrageous !!!
