He's not that good, just an idiot, nearly gets wiped out in the first minute, there are stages in that filtering where he has the clutch pulled in. They all end up dead or severly injured, its the third party that suffers.

I would have to agree with that, I am sick to death of trees being unnecessarily felled in the interests of safety. Shame it doesn't work the other way and the thousands of people responsible for mechanical damage to trees aren't shot

Get other suitably experienced contractors to prive the job for you and sub it out if you win it! Simples. -
If you have to do it then all you need is a robust lone working policy and be able to justify it. I'm assuming the issue is with someone you sub too rather than the main client who often don't care less! As others have said, far better NOT to work alone!

Personally, I would rather climb at a steady pace and keep everyone busy than wack off huge chunks and twiddle my thumbs while the groundies clear up. Each to their own though.
