  2. I'm looking to get a 201 back handle and I'm trying to find out if the sprockets are the same as the 200. I can find info on 1\4 sprockets for the 200 but nothing on the 201, Anyone know whether they differ or do they share the same ? Cheers, Si Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. Hope that log is nice and dry, you don't want a soggy carpet come the new year :-) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app

  6. Jonathan, I'm really sorry mate for leaving you hanging on these, I've not heard back from customers and have been chasing my tail with other stuff. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. I've used it for two years, both my 026's don't oil well despite several strip downs. I suspected it was a possible fault with these models of saw. My issue with bio oil is the mess its made of my ms200 I use it a lot with the bar tip pointing upwards and the excess oil runs back into the saw caking the fins in baked on gunk. I would say its more likely an issue with bio oil in general and not specific to super tack. I'm going to trial rapeseed next. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. Lovely work :-) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Thanks guys, Bit disappointed as the touareg looked perfect for me. I had ruled out the pick up types as I'd prefer to keep my kit in a lockable boot. It will be primarily a family car but thinking ahead for the future I want to be able to tow a big trailer to pick up big logs and deliver sculptures, hence the 3.5 train weight. 10. Get the army in for training manouvers ;-) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. I'm looking at getting a new to me vehicle that will need to be able to occasionally tow to max train weight and be a good family run about. Can't afford two vehicles so it has to be an all rounder. The Touareg seems to fit the bill on paper, but I know very little about 4x4's Does anyone have first hand knowledge of this car? Or have other suggestions maybe? Cheers, Si Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  12. Lol, apparently so ;-) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app

  14. Clutching at straws but have you taken the depth gauges down? You could try a few strokes with a new file on the cutters, I find you get a better finish than just the precision grinder. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app

  23. Hi folks, I've been commissioned to make another hollowed tree house/play house type folly and I'm after an interesting tree butt, preferably with some root plate still attached. Rough sizes about 40" diameter and around 7 foot minimum. I'm based in the north west and realize haulage will be an issue, but where there's a will there's a way for the right piece. If you can help me out please pm me. Thanks in advance, Si Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  24. What's the diameter? I've cross cut big logs with an Alaskan but I'm guessing it may be too large for one. You may just have to cut it freehand. Where are you? I'm after a nice big gnarly lump. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  25. Cheers Dave, they're a funny looking bird ain't they? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
