Try codiene 30mg but u have to get them from docs also may make you feel drowsy etc but see how your body takes to it. Plus you can drive👍 Also try an acupuncturist works a treat bud, then some tiger oil rubbed in just before bed and first thing in the morning. Hope it settles and your back on your feet

Only other small thing was some of ur gobs weren't in the intended direction of fell or pull via the rope and some could be done with the step cut hand held or tied on. Either way i enjoyed it, well done and keep the vids coming. Everyday is a learning 👍 Top dog
