  10. I got a fox terrier she's 9 and still thinks she's a pup she's only scared of our 8 months old daughter but has not yet shown any aggression towards her. Lovely dog totally hyper always has ago at the biggest dogs she comes across very loyal.
  11. It's true double braids are great ! , spliced my rigging line this week too and its original splice was slightly detached !

I used samson eye 2 eye guide you find that online and I've climbed on it and it didn't fall apart so id say it works ...i used 10mm tenet-tec and i used a bit of fence wire instead of a fid much easier .. i looked up picture of wire fid and just bent the wire till it looked like the one in the picture

  14. Don't go agencies , you can work with out them make sure your kit is clean when you enter oz as there ate strict bio security laws here
  15. Use it when its actually needed , otherwise climb away the company i work for has a manual / safe working procedure for climbing which is given to people with clip board who ask questions like " is this safe or the best way to do the job "

I have a few different systems that i use just play with a the bits and bobs you can have a go on friends systems and just find what works for you ,its about you and making your job and comforable as possible, as you job is to dangle from rope with a chainsaw. I have a a spider jack i find this great from crown work brilliant for scrambling around not much good for take downs ( when you come the big timber ) Hitchclimber : i use this for my take downs and if i have bigger accents within crowns , you can do all the fancy things o'ring set up or attach a daisy-chain to extend and retract your pulling power. and some Srt stuff for when i really need it
