  1. Whats happened to the large berr on the left stem. May be 100 years old look's like it's had some limbs removed before?
  2. Win some loose some, You looked at the job worked out how long it would take and put in quote and losed. Next job you quote for they may say your cheap:thumbup:

Husky 250rx strimmer which played up last time it was used so changed plug and it was allright, got it out to check it for tomorrow and it played up again ran for a short time flat out then just stop. Took carb off cleaned out, HT lead, Stop lever, no still the same result. Then changed plug and away we went.
  4. Took on a strimming job for a good customer because the chap that has done it in the past has got to have a opp. I got some sawtec which I have used before the other day and its rubbish just shatters:thumbdown: So what is the best on the market in 2.4mm.

  14. For just moving log bags a fork lift is a bit of a over kill unless you plan to move 6 a time. Good tractor with forks every time a lot lighter and got alot more uses as well.
  15. Find your local guys that weld and fabricate things ask if they can get it done with there next lot, and you may be able to look at some they have had done allready.

  18. I run a ifor TT85 with high sides great trailer put it behind a good pickup more weight carring cap than transit if you want to carry full weight of chips you need to extend the high sides.

    They don't years ago one on demo got stuck in the river near me and had to be recovered by a 1968 Bedford RL.

  21. Best small chipper under 750kg has got to be Timberwolf 18/100G, push it about on your own, put it behind good garden tractor, and if it starts it will chip aslong as the blades are sharp. The Quad chip ever one is on about has had a problem with the turn table an engneering company near me has just fixed one. Theres so many on the market know take your pick orange, green, yellow.

    Bars

    Hi all. Bought a second hand Husky 3120 with bar and chain fitted. Thinking of fitting new bar and chain for milling with a 36'' mill, which set up is best 3/8 or .404.
