    Reading this reminded me my old boss ran a land rover 2A forward control which had a Leland 498 engine fitted which ran a v8 clutch never did brake it and it had a hard life.

    Both my land rovers are modified ( winch, lift kit, tyres, I for top. ) was told once 1 modified iterm is listed and its classed as modified you can add what ever as long as you let them know. Adrian flux insurance is best to talk to.

    Land rover had MOT on Thursday advice note stated; Brake pads excessive wear. Will I was at it I put a new caliper on offside as nearside had 1 a couple of years ago landed up replacing pipes as well as they broke as I was working so a proper job.

    Got back yesterday to clear up. Just had to burn brash and stack timber.

    2 Poplars felled last week had to have HV cables switch off for one in first picture nice to just straight fell:thumbup:.

    Tanaka make good long hedge cutter. Cutter is good for very fine hedges. Depending what strimmer you have the hedge cutter head will fit .

    A base unit from Pons medda engineering how are starting to build them again is £10,264 + vat. Second hand £2500-£4000 depends on what its like.
