  1. the clutch on the spiderjack is designed for 11-13mm rope on the same clutch how long have you had the spiderjack and have you been controlling your descents, don't mean that in a you don't know what you are doing way, just fast and hard descents can cause the clutch to wear fast.
  2. pear for me to, hard from the photos though.
  3. i'm on there mate, got 3 months for £12, had my radius on 45 got a few jobs but really to far to quote and win the jobs, so lowered it to 30 mile and aint heard nothing yet mate. don't think i'll renew it.
  4. throw line retrieval should always be done when removing and rope guide with pulley or cocoon, and guaranteed not to get stuck either mate.
  5. love the fuel saving tractor steve thought a horse and cart would of been more cheaper though. might trade my truck in:confused1: nice job mate.

  12. the karabina does look like its getting loaded funny also if its sliding round there could be a good chance of this opening the gate, is there no adjustment on the harness to add your own sliding-D, what harness is that anyway mate.

  14. yes mate thats the idea as some of these other toggles you can get often are to big, got some spare plastic ones from a local chandlers but like you say its nice to keep the natural touch to things when you can:thumbup:

  17. Just had a local friend turn this little beauty out of yew for me so it would go through my small pinto. well pleased.
  18. Had a good climb on it yesterday, everything is working well the bridge stays in place, the side plates on the Pinto are not stressed in any direction they shouldn't be, the cord its self seems to be ok on the twists but will monitor that constantly, as it may be putting a little stress on the cord but, seems fine, as for retrieval it works better than my art rope guide so happy days. i've decided to call it a twisted false splice. would like some input on that so fire away.   20. take it this was due to the fact of all the others trees being damaged hamma.
  21. yeah tend to forget thing like that, oh well must think more outside the box next time.
