  1. iv,e got family up there! no been there for years though, last estate i worked on i was on £60/day labouring with their gear, loved estate work plenty variety
  2. or as i found out the only thing holding main wire onto alternator was the rubber boot! still thats what molegrips are for i guess
  3. not the first ive heard off either!
  4. ankle problems (ok mainly caused by crashing bikes but clomping around woods disnae help!) bad back but hey ho tinitus ..eh?,whut? etc sore hands from ropes and probably allot more to look forward to
  5. spotted this on friday while waiting to load a lorry
  6. engine codes 12j-2.5 n/a 19j 2.5td never heard of this before would have had me stumped!

  9. take your time and think what you're doing, i get nerves on assessments to and silly mistakes are all to easy to make if your trying to just get it over with!

  12. yonks ago when i worked on an estate doing maintainance i fixed michael heseltines hotel sink coulda had his jag away to keys were on the worktop in the room!
  13. forwarders are articulated like dumpers be carefull on peat i know a guy who lost a brand new excavator sank that quick he had to get out the roof hatch!!

  15. im sticking to my £12 nokia its been underwater three times once for a good 10mins before i realised i was so impressed when i found it i called me mate over an said 'look at this' stuck it back under and sent a text been dropped, stood on, in mud, cup of tea on it and its still goin! jus wish it had a camera haha

  21. was a guy in the FJ a while back had a winch set up to help him in and out his tractor, one of our guys got shot while in the army has one ankle gone has one boot built up apart from slopes he manages ok and he used to climb to my mate lost half a finger in a log splitter for a while kept missing e's when typing

  23. shut no bother they did still leak a bit but went from all the time to only in heavy rain haha
