  9. we had a coupla fires in the past,when me dad was a bit behind with sweeping, jus dont feed it keep an eye and let it burn out, don't panick an keep the fire brigade away they make a helluva mess and most times aren't necessary
  10. cant remember when i had my first axe but had a fairly substantial pocket knife since about 5

  13. thanks fowks its been encouraging to know its not just me lol, due to fowk not turning up ive been by myself with instructor for 2 days don't think it helped on monday being in with someone just refreshing for a re sit yes aye done my case study got the practical to look forward to haha
  14. anyone else find it real hard going? id always fancied it but now i've got the oppertunity im no sure i can hack it, only on day two of training but really questioning whether im suitable for it i get very panicy in town situations and nothing is sinking in feel a bit overwhelmed by just driving the thing let alone doing it properly
  15. iv,e got family up there! no been there for years though, last estate i worked on i was on £60/day labouring with their gear, loved estate work plenty variety
  16. or as i found out the only thing holding main wire onto alternator was the rubber boot! still thats what molegrips are for i guess

  18. ankle problems (ok mainly caused by crashing bikes but clomping around woods disnae help!) bad back but hey ho tinitus ..eh?,whut? etc sore hands from ropes and probably allot more to look forward to
  19. spotted this on friday while waiting to load a lorry
  20. engine codes 12j-2.5 n/a 19j 2.5td never heard of this before would have had me stumped!

  22. ok so not a tree but it got a bit help from one lol
  23. take your time and think what you're doing, i get nerves on assessments to and silly mistakes are all to easy to make if your trying to just get it over with!
