  3. Something more lighthearted: A Manchester Waterstones employee said "we'll stay open, if they steal some books they might learn something" - Yeah, if they can read.

  8. Its gone too far. Just come back out of the woods, and looking at the news. Its time to get the Bren guns out. I think if you are too stupid to take the hint they have had then we should remove them from the genepool. We need another battle of Peterloo, that will show them.

  10. I fancy a pair of the non protective ones to compliment my ballistics. Anyone use them? Ideas on price?
  11. In many ways we live in a classic pre-revolutionary society. But, the engine of revolution is rarely the mob, but the middle class once their economic aspirations are raised and then thwarted - that is the story of every major revolution - our own in the 1600s, US, France, Russia etc.. If the economic situations worsens, as it it probably will, my life time may become very interesting. I'm also very much up for batton rounds against the mob.
  12. Get the pigeons to find them for you? On a serious note, get a report out man! As above, you will never get them back if you don't. atb
  13. What is your business? Not judging, just nosey as to what someone with 700 posts on an arb forum is doing if he isn't an arb (And I don't mean that in a "sod off, what the Geoff do you know, go back to being a whatever you are" way)

  15. Got asked by a friend to go and help him with his Sika stag cull, funnily enough, that week became all to available Few pictures before the camera died on me Didn't actually get a shot off But hey ho, back later this year with any luck.
  16. If that beast was a park or farmed deer (reasonable chance) it could have been treated by a vet, some (including some of the main ones used in deer farming, not that I am wanting to teach you to suck eggs) tranquilizers etc. are deadly to human health, and that animal would have never entered the food chain UNLESS it escapes,. But you take it home and feed it to the memisahib? Risky business i think bwana.
  17. What a good job the wife didn't die Eating roadkill is madness
  18. Cracking! They do look handy, whats the price like? Got a job coming up where a beefy one might just cut the mustard. Sam
