Thanks for info so far, I've been told if it's an Alko axle I will have to replace th hub nut once removed if this is so where can I get one near Chesterfield?

Yesterday I drove about 5 miles with the handbrake on, after the cable was snagged on a rough dirt track, got home to find chipper wheels smoking, it's a 150 dbh, what do I need to check or replace now? Cheers

Bloody predictive, ( splurged ) doesn't the iPhone know what a splitter is lol

He did have the splurged as well but upgraded for larger more powerful machine, browns seem to make good machines

Still has it and is used regularly, bloody good machine, quick and effective, though he has replaced original blade with a stronger one

Hi. Having previously tried to hire a mewp in Chesterfield let me say it wasn't the easiest thing to find, ended up with a mog with a mounted 17 metre picker, not ideal or cheap. But tree work is only one of a mewps many uses so maybe keep your hire options open and good luck

Been wearing hiflex for years, not the same pair and yes they have been washed. But they don't seem to last like they used to. So thinking of a change, but theres so many on the market now dont know where to start, moneys tight so want them to last. But they have to be comfortable to climb in, or am I asking too much?

Maybe if we continually rang them infomiming them of any dangerous or potentially dangerous tree on their own land they wouldn't have time to do private work

Unfortunately not, last time I did utility work was mid ninties and they didn't exist back then, well not in the way they do now. Would be willing to if there was a guaranteed return on the investment
