The forum is a very useful tool and you have a good point can you tell there's gonna be a but. But a book can answer a basic question and a thousand others after all this is a proressive industry where a bit of knowledge goes a long way

As the title says. Am looking to hire a stump, something larger than the usual 13 hp machine available at the local hire shops . Does anyone know anyone or anywhere that hires out such a machine, cheers

A mate has an 8 year old 150, it keeps cutting out, does it alot on start up, engine starts fine but when you put the revs up whole thing switches off, other times it starts up and runs fine, also does it occasionally when in normal use. Any ideas? Cheers Simon

Wash them when you get in. The spin cycle removes a he'll of slot of water then turn inside out to dry. Look at me all domesticated lol

Has anyone found a way of making any sort of financial return on poplar? At the minute I have about 20 sticks varying from 15 to24 inch in about 8 to 9 foot lengths. Would appreciate any ideas

I could but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask the friendly helpful people on arbtalk. Afterall 2 mins to write question faced with trawling a dozen websites. If I wanted to stare at a computer screen all day I'd have got a job in I.T.
