  2. Concerning! I'll have a look at mine in the week when get it out and compare Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. The screwdrivers are around 15 years old now and they still sell identical ones. The socket set is a good quality. Have done all sorts to the chipper with it and recently did an engine swap on my stump grinder using almost nothing else Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  4. I've got a socket set, ratchet spanner set, and screwdriver set from Halfords. Lifetime guarantee 🖒 Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

Not at all convinced by these forst machines looking on here last few days. Plenty of breakdowns and blockages for a premium price? Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. What's the story with Saturn knives copies then? Do they have to pay a licence? Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

  10. All chippers use blades, can't see how you'd patent that Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. Nothing in writing but we have had one call back about 6 months after installation as a panel was no longer snug (concrete posts) had a look at the postfix had crumbled. No idea why as the rest were fine but took it out and redid it for free Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  12. Never use mine. Just keep is as a backup. Seemed ok on smaller jobs. How many tanks have you put through it? Apparently takes quite a few to wake up Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  13. Quite the opposite the best sounding engine is one of the ones I own that's working and earning money without and funny noises or smoke! Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  14. If something is in place I've not heard of it. I've bought saws and nothings been mentioned and when I was robbed the police wasn't interested in serial numbers so how would those saws get flagged up if went in for repair? Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  15. I can't see any reason a log book type system should be hard to do. As well as hardwiring the saws info into the software they could add a chip into the carb like you get with dogs that cost £20 that could be scanned by the police. I'd happily pay a bit more for tools thieves would think twice about stealing as the value would be way down if you couldn't have them repaired or spot checks by the police would see them taken off them Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  16. With these electric carbs they could be programmed with the owners details when purchased and easy to trace should the manufacturer decide to put a system in place Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

Yeah it's ridiculous that the chains aren't interchangeable between the bars Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

    Tiny echo!

I don't think you can get away with it. Rob put a video on YouTube showing what happens when you put the wrong chain on. It's more than a little bit out Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

    Tiny echo!

Came with the saw so about 6 months? The saw isn't used everyday and about half way through it's sharpening life. Gonna put the 2510 bar and chain on it tomorrow and see if it's much different to the sugi one Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app

  22. Yup well said. There's one or 2 people on the forum who never seem to post anything arb related just a lot of hate. If this sounds like you please go elsewhere it's dragging arbtalk down in my eyes Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
  23. I had some logos done on there but were piss poor so didn't use them. There was one guy doing juggling chainsaws I thought about using though Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
