  1. Looks like an aec militant, probably the most badass lorry to ever roll!
  2. You'd have thought so, but when I flicked the lever over it stopped, it's had its oil cooler removed at some point so maybe ther was a valve involved with that somewhere
  3. Not sure, reckon all will be well when it's piped in
  4. That's what I'm hoping is the case!
  5. Half way through building my splitter and wondering what sort of spool valve to fit, it's running off a petrol power pack, also when the power pack is running and I engage the pump it stalls, I'm assuming when it's piped in this won't happen ?or is it knackered? Ta
  6. Tree surgeon insurance do my accident cover as well as El and pl, really good to deal with
  7. Is the new echo top handle proving a good saw? Need to replace my 200, and not impressed with 201, 540 ain't all that either! Cheers
  8. Vacuum and air work different, think rb44 run on a ratchet hand brake so wouldn't be affected by low pressure , if the gauge is going up to 100 the vacuum is pulling the brakes on without being actuated, if that makes sense , possibly a sticky valve somewhere in the system

  13. He s helping do the work he's been asked to do, I sub for quite a few firms and would never try and pass the job off as my own, what's the next step, handing out your card to the client? It's a lack of respect IMO
  14. Without being critical I would have been happier setting a chain on each side slightly higher, makes for a more level lift, less risk of it swinging about,
  15. I will be very surprised if we only lose one species in our life time, climate is ballsing up exponentially !
  16. It's every scheme that does that!
  17. I think we're just not doing it right, Germany are light years ahead when it comes to solar power, clean cheap power is the way forward IMO
  18. Phew, was wondering what to do with that 200 tons of processor sized ash cord!
  19. IMO a decent telehandler is the most versatile tool for tree work, a man cage and decent operator can be much faster than a cherry picker, only downside is they ain't the tidiest machines for pristine lawns! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
