  1. Yes definitely , the tree had been in decline for past 5 years, not sure what we are going to replace it with yet
  2. Beech we took down to 25ft last year, customer was going to have it carved but changed mind so out it comes. Was going to be milled but didn't realise extent of decay until it was on the deck
  3. I watched that when it was on telly, hideous. I hate and fear dentists, I have no pain at the mo and I'm convinced I'm about to open up a can of worms and intense suffering when they start prodding about
  4. I'm going next weds, first time in 19 years, it's going to be a horror show.
  5. What has got me is the massive turn around by the right wing press, last week refugees were scum, this week the sun is fund raising for them. One photo and a social media reaction and they've all become philanthropic bastions of the oppressed. I respect that everyone has their views on here and that's their right, though often polar opposites. So how do the more right leaning members feel about their media voices changing the tune? No disrespect to anyone but I find it staggering.
  6. Tbh it would be pretty hard to get the gap any smaller without the blades catching the anvil, what do you mean by bigger stuff,3"plus? Dead stuff won't go through that well either ime
  7. Why, did they steal your sweets?
  8. The milk of human kindness flows like treacle on this forum.
  9. Yes, put and ad in parish mag for first time this year, cost me 130 and have had about £1500 worth of work, so no complaints.
  10. Might be nearly seasoned by now
  11. Who's going? I'm heading up on the Friday I reckon
  12. Mine does, but chain seems lubricated enough so not unduly concerned
  13. Need Either some 8.25 20 tyres or Rl/mk 10 stud drums. (It's on Bedford running gear) your right aspen bob, it's based on commer cab
  14. Got it home today Straight through exhaust, sounds bad ass
  15. I've got nptc, if I had to do one again it would be IPAF, much more versatile ticket.
  16. Think James and Sam might be having it Ollie, James will quarter saw it on site to make his thrones.
  17. Bought it off some matey that buys em with shot big ends and sorts them out, had been in a barn for three years before he got it, Nissan service history up to 50,000 miles or so. Blanked off egr today, couldn't hear any hiss from turbo so assumed waste gate, replaced it with second hand unit still no hiss ( possibly that's knackered also). Replaced boost sensor, gonna let Nissan have a look, I really hope it ain't the pump!
  18. Yes, I love driving mine and un laden not towing I can live with it, but 90% of the time it's loaded, it's embarrassing towing trailer fully laden, blanked egr today no difference, gonna take it into dealer and let them have a look
  19. Mines on 80,000 miles so probably not a deteriorating issue( hopefully) I'm investigating the egr today, fun.
  20. Not yet, having a go today
