  1. I've got a old 024av that's just for root removal with a carbide chain and all I do is expose the root and cut
  2. That's if the owner has applied for the TPO removal.
  3. And as a arborist when you apply for a removal of a TPO tree/s if you the boss/ M.D of the tree firm your liable for the replanting of a new unit after removal
  4. You must replace when you have removed a TPO tree and you can be fined for not acting on the TPO conditions
  5. I did a job 3 1/2 years ago in Dorset 3 cedars one oak and a spruce all done by crane. You can't beat it when you get a lift. Saw and a flask of coffee and up we go

  8. I've done a lot of crane work and I all ways catch a lift on the crane block to the top of the canopy. Just make shaw you cheque the hock and gate on the block to make shaw it works and there's no sharps. I use a 2 ton webbing sling doubled up.

  13. if it was my house I would get them inspected and if deemed dangerous then inform the owner regardless of wether he said not to go on his land. It's your family in that house not his. If those tree are deemed dangerous and he refuses to act on the given evidence then your in your right to act for the safety of your family and send him the bill.

I run my firm on the biases of that I don't tolerate lazy ness I don't go for cheep labour I go for great people that love there job and strive to be the best and as a boss I pave the way for them to achieve that and that earns me good money. There's lazy ness in all kinds of people it's the bosses job to find this out in his/hers staff and send then packing down the road. I have a Lithuanian that works for me and he is a team player and that's what you need in this game

  18. Theres a time and a place for drugs and thats not at work.. I am a thai boxer and never been in to drugs ore drink but my friends are weed heads and drinkers so it don't bother me. But if you drink and do drugs at work you opening a can of worms that really should not be opened and it leaves you picking up the pieces when some thing goes wrong and 9/10 time it goes wrong.
