  1. Im in the same boat mines petrified, been bad all week and throws up might start feeding it in the morning this time of year, you can get some veladrone? Something like that from the vets, didnt get any though
  2. Does anyone know if a sprocket off a 261 will fit the older 026?
  3. Took transit in for mot today and advised 3 tyres. They are now on order. The two drivers rear tyres are worn. The guy said to take a good one off n/s/r and ut on drivers rear and have a new tyre one each side at the back on.the outer. Sounds crackers to me as the new tyres will wear to meet the old ones! Then eventually i will need 4 @one go! Think i'll just have two new ones on the drivers rear and leave it at that! What you think?
  4. I honestly love mine! Just today bought a 36" bar to go on the 660 and going to put the 30" off that onto the 064 instead of the 25" its on now
  5. what size does it chip?
  6. i just use both a 3.5t tipper and a 4x4
  7. I'd be straight after the 8" tracked machine! Looks a great piece of kit
  8. I do love the 372xp! If i had tried it before i bought a stihl 441 i would have bought that!!
  9. Excellent will try tomorrow! been doing all the no stress work myself lol Few other niggles to sort and i'll be happy! its still earning brass though so not complaining
  10. Got sorted with this the other week! Sent the cable back to jensen who swapped it for a cable with fixed rod and sent me out a bracket for that specific cable. After a little fabrication i made a bracket from hell lol and we are now in business Cheers for all your help people
  11. Hi there, Just wondering if anyone has ever changed their no stress settings on there chipper? If so which buttons for which? year 2004 machine. Have tried via manual. Been having problems sorting no stress out but it will not beat me!!! Also does anyone have a picture of the wiring on their computer circuit board handy? Cheers
  12. An rb44 or An iveco 5.5 or 6t is wher i would like to go next but need to investigate more. Deffiently need more capacity! Busy busy!
  13. Lol thought so! Seems wet where the roller slide is, will investigate!
  14. Just buy two quick fill nozzles. There is a different one for the oil and fuel. Bear in mind that the oil is very slow.in winter with the quick fill! Or buy it, use nozzle on fuel and just cap on the oil as quicker to fill. Also oregon fuel cans are cheap, with a litre marker on the side and the stihl quick fills fit them so very cheap combi with quick fills! No tool storage though
  15. There is a little nozzle provided with the can, you can put on fuel or oil. Quick fill spouts can be bought seperatly
  16. Hi there, Just wondering if it is possible for the roller motor to leak? Not sure yet if its just a pipe that needs nipping up or if motor itself is leaking? Will have to check
  17. He may be new to this, and if he's trying to work out how to find funds to pay the guys it may have slipped his mind about insurance for them also. Just a helper for him Btw 2 + 2 is 4 in my book pal.
  18. No ones asked the guy to make sure he has employers liability insurance.
  19. Not for me, you have the slave cylinder at the gearbox end, on the fwd they were concentric and internal yes. This is the master cylinder thats wheeping, just behind the pedal
  20. It'll have to do for tomorrow but i'll get part off ford on sat morning and fit! Too busy for this truck messing me about lol

    value

There is a couple of lads on here who rate them! Think it was little steven
  22. Has anyone had any problem with there clutch pedal? Mine has just gone strange, now and again wont diss engage the clutch, more so in reverse. Try knock it out of gear no good. Pain in the arse intermittant and just started today! Im fairly sure i know what it is, behind the clutch pedal there is a rod connected to a main cylinder fed via the brake reservoir, i can see that it has been wheeping from there and am fairly confident its sucking air in at this point into the system and this is why its giving me problems! Anyone else had one of these go?
  23. Was that when you came over to mine?
  24. I started off with a vermeer 620i chipper! petrol version not diesel, and no stress. Excellent starter chipper and did me well! no complaints here. If it will put you on for a year or two to get you going then crack on! Just remember the key to using a machine like this is : Snedding properly and a sharp roller (obvioursly sharp blades and anvil) I think it is a lot of money for what it is though, another grand or so you will get a tw150 etc my 620I was 1700 quid and sold for 1700 a year later! i think them diesel ones are worth 2500-3000 max!
  25. You'd do well to get 100 quid back i'd say! Use it, if it dies then throw it n get a new one I take it that it must have bust all the top cover etc so thats to replace aswell. If it was me it would have allready been on ebay and i'd have been n bought a new saw by now and back at work
