  1. Don't mean to sound like a miserable get as I know comments on this thread will be light hearted but I would hate to think jade goodys children read these posts on mothering Sunday! All these people annoy me on telly but if you hate them so much turn over before getting to the point of saying what's been said

  3. Hope you don't mind jumping on your thread James but I'd like to thank Justin and the team too (keep forgetting to put something on) great price and service most recently was our new blower it's a belter I had to hold Owa youngens legs when he used it incase he blew away haha
  4. My boys are being christened today mate and stopping at their grandmothers tonight what I did forget was to book some work in for tomorrow

  7. A lad ony mates building site was asked to fill the dumper up with diesel, after an hours wait the lad came around the corner with diesel splashing all over, he'd filled the dumper bucket up:001_rolleyes:

  20. I'm certainly nonexpert mate (am only 12 stone) but try upping weight a little each week to gain strength and keep changing your routine to hit your body differently. As Ollie says proper eating is the key but I find protein shakes between meals is extra help as I burn food off very quickly. Yeti is the man to talk to mate he does the strongman and I think he said he's about 20clem
  21. Had some good times there:) good car shows held there. The place is surrounded by poplars or was by the sound of it haha
  22. It's maximuscle cyclone I'm taking the farts have calmed down now haha I usually buy from myprotein but I've bought 6 small tubs of it and one big tub all for 50quid don't know how the lad gets it but was cheap as chips
  23. Funny that just been to look at a eucalyptus which was frost damaged looked in a poor state they wanted it pollarding harshly I talked them into removal and re plant thinking they are weak enough before a pollard.

  25. Anyone who grafts hard all day and can't even use a saw is worth more than 50quid a day mate keep it up you will move onto better things everybody is looking for grafters they are hard to find
