  1. Yeah it's the entry level one. Some of the ones in the stand were amazing. See you at the Apf ted. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. I'll have a look when I get home but it's made by atec 3d. I think it's around £188 with the case, pretty cheap for a drone and the footage is good. There will be 3 running at the Apf on the poles recording the climbs. The guy who was demoing it flew it up to 500m until it dropped out of range then just let it hit the ground. No damage!! 3. It's got a built in camera at 720p so just right for YouTube. Operating bubble of 500m too! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. A few pictures from this weekends event in Kent. Great time had and extremely close placings. Charlie brought his mountain board so we used an l200 to drag us about. Very good fun but scary. We also had the belay crew vs climbers in a rugby match. Hope you enjoy. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  16. 1. All my guys have them but they are sign written up. Personally i think if your too hot, your worrying about being too hot which could allow you to have a mishap. They must start the day in the company t-shirt as well and for driving between sites. 2. Depends.
  17. Nice machines, was it an easier day or a bit full on because of the machines?
  18. Not as handy as the greenmech chipper but when she comes out it just takes the hardwork away. Like john shutter said to me "I'd rather not remove a medium sized tree without a skid steer" Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  20. Hellishly long day. Prob one if the most challenging trees I've done I. The last 10 years. Adam Bourne speed lined out 60% of the crown a few weeks back. I had to finish the timber off mostly. A wedge fell out and broke 3 tiles and the last section we lowered took out a fence panel. So much of it was over the building we lowered everything from 1m up. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Haha easily done. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Yeah i think its a bad thing that people are worried about being put down. Ive gone to a few rec climbs and they have always been a good learning experience and fun. Especially Dans decision to zipline down the stupidest zipline ever!! Oh its in Watford.
  23. Ok everyone, So last year we visited whippendell woods with some other Arbtalk members. A fantastic day climbing some beauties and most in the 100ft mark. Nathan has kindly agreed to arrange it again in the hunt for some more hidden gems and tallest trees. Everyone is welcome and we plan to run an intro to SRT this includes SRT-WP systems. The date is planned for saturday 12th July meeting in a car park early morning to make the most of it. Nathan will give the postcode closer to the time and please respond to this thread if your keen to come along. Theres no "big i ams" just a bunch of like minded guys who will happily spend some time explaining stuff, even if its how do i get better at throwlining? Its free so all you have to do is get there.
