  2. Yeah your probably right there,but compared to me they are leagues above me if class exist,s. i drive a hilux & peugeot 307 they have an aston martin,jag etc,and never look down on me, i know what you mean , the super elite ,75m houses etc in london, but i never encounter such people

  4. My father in law comes from aberdeen, came to luton (vauxhall) in the early 60s. He,s always going on about how scotland is such a great place to live, when i asked "why did you come down here then" he said "no work up north" Cant have it both ways i suppose.
  5. In my life there is no such thing as class, i work for rich people one is a multi millionaire another a 5.6m lottery winner , i drink in the local with both and never do they act as if they are better than me. The days are long gone when it was them and us.

Problem is now that hunting with dogs is banned,, what next? ferreting,pigeon shooting,game shooting,fishing? i would guess that in a couple of generations many of the above will be long forgotten because even 20 years ago most people in small villages were country people, we all had guns and most had ferrets, now nobody i know in my village goes ferreting and very few own a gun, its full of townies that are not interested in any country pursuits.
