  2. If you have a saw bench you could cut the rings 2,3 or even 4ft long into billets and cut them into logs on the sawbench.

Exactly, insurance companies dont pay out simply because you say it was their fault, if the other driver dosnt play ball this will be a very lengthy process, and when you come to reinsure your vehicle it will at least double in price because its not been sorted. Happened to me a couple of months before my insurance ran out, because the accident hadnt been logged as a non fault the price went from £275 to £1800. even now its classed a non fault the price still rises,when i explained that it was not my fault and my no claims were protected anyway they said that im now classed as a risk:confused1:
  5. The police should of gone to see him immediatly (drink driving),he can now say that it was you who drove into him if there arnt any witnesses.
  6. agg, are you in the LEZ ? Just in case someone does not know what the london lez is, basically any diesel vehicle registered before 2004 (i think) has to pay £100 a day to go into the low emission zone or face a £1000 fine. I think ive got it right

  19. Bedfordshire: suns out 75 degrees, just sitting in the garden drinking vat,getting fed up of this hot weather now.
  20. :thumbup1:if you were in the uk especially the north i,d say get a cheap saw, but as your in the south of france and i,m pretty sure you dont get the winters we do i,d stick with your hand tools, bow saw,axe. lucky so & so

  23. My wife works at a primary school 4 miles away and just recieved a txt saying " if it is unsafe for you to travel to work stay at home" it hasnt snowed for 5 days,roads are as clear as a summers day!!!
