  17. I agree with that, after 2 years its got to be dry enough to burn/sell .ive stacked billets of beech/sycamore/ash for 10 months (top covered) and sold them as logs no problem and no complaints and repeat orders. steve

  19. If you have a saw bench you could cut the rings 2,3 or even 4ft long into billets and cut them into logs on the sawbench.

  21. Exactly, insurance companies dont pay out simply because you say it was their fault, if the other driver dosnt play ball this will be a very lengthy process, and when you come to reinsure your vehicle it will at least double in price because its not been sorted. Happened to me a couple of months before my insurance ran out, because the accident hadnt been logged as a non fault the price went from £275 to £1800. even now its classed a non fault the price still rises, when i explained that it was not my fault and my no claims were protected anyway they said that im now classed as a risk:confused1:
  22. The police should of gone to see him immediatly (drink driving),he can now say that it was you who drove into him if there arnt any witnesses.
  23. agg, are you in the LEZ ? Just in case someone does not know what the london lez is, basically any diesel vehicle registered before 2004 (i think) has to pay £100 a day to go into the low emission zone or face a £1000 fine. I think ive got it right
