  3. playing with cranes is very dangerous, after this shot i got lowered into the brambles.. ouch, i was just hitching a lift over the brambles to choker an ash log..
  4. gosh wonder how i missed that haha, the fence was in payment for me parking the series1 in the neighbours garden till i get it welded, quick release fence installed..
  5. first pic when we took hedge down weeks ago, fencing from today.. and a little job for my neighbour using offcuts.
  6. only had to 'lean' on one person before:001_cool:, usually get paid straight after job with hand written invoice on lettered paper straight from the truck..

  13. i use heavyduty chain but im still checkin the mirrors every few seconds at trafficlights.. big axe in cab, dont ask questions..just swing:thumbup:

  15. good thread this.. anyone else seen that LG tv advert with the elephant that climbs the tree in the jungle, sticks its head out the top of the canopy to see an amazing pink purple orange sunset, all in HD or to sell a big posh telly or summat?
  16. as much as i like the idea of this im sure it can be done more natural looking, for example laying the offcuts with coro'd ends acoss two branches and secured. be good to see results of the survey too,
  17. thats one of them tommer:blushing:, i bet them wooden balls take ages to get spherical, theres a rough one at myerscough, nowhere near as finished as them though, i might give it a go, if they look rubbish i'll just roll em down the nearest hill..if they roll that is

  21. guy who taught rigging course at craven college, think his name was phil lowe or something, makes ace bags in loads of different sizes out of waterproof thick material, he trades under 'lowe maintainance' and they are exellent quality.. if anyone has his number i'd love to get some more from him.. mine holds rope harness helmet etc krabs throwline and strops, with large opening pockets, bright orange too. i'l pop up a piccie if i can find one

  23. nothing special, spotted this in sanfrancisco, looks like it got lost on its search for the sky..
  24. how about felling it then hosing the ground with loads of water after setting up cameras and measuring lines etc,see if it really would do anything major... is it a nice house?
