  1. looks' like a solicitor job i know the seller is supposed to inform the buyer if there is problems with neighbors and it looks like the seller has purposely covered things up
  2. do they have right of access or would they need a warrant if on private property
  3. strange extension on the roof next to a chimney pot and not far off a gas flue

  5. cool bag with a ice block in it will keep your sarnies cool and if you are overheating you can put the block in your Y fronts for a few minutes
  6. you will shortly getting the license renewal notice which i am in the process of doing turns out i cannot do it on line because i still have the paper license they have sent the form back twice saying there is not enough proof of whom i am they sent the proof documents back but not my license hope they don't say my license is not included

  13. don't know about the French tv but the reports on uk tv seem to come from a hotel balcony and Witter on for about 10 minutes that could be said in 2 and there is the tear jerker bit with it as well

  15. all the local charity shops on the high street have a paid manager and the shops do not pay rates the rest of the shops have to pay a bit extra to cover them where dos the likes of bob Geldof get his money from don't think its from his music
  16. just got this years bill 521 for a 2 bed semi cant have a meter because there is 2 feeds one to the house another to the wash house which also feeds my neighbors wash house
  17. yesterday morning was the best we have had for 4 days thinking they had got the forecast wrong then the wind got up in the afternoon had a power cut at 3-30 pm did not come back on till 10-30 pm could not get any coverage on my mobile phone the rechargeable lantern went out after 2 hrs. this morning was quite nice till 12 o'clock then it started raining and turned to snow and layered to a depth of 2 inch and is still there now don't know if it was forecast as we could not access any weather forecast last night anyway the world is still going round oh and the local chippy was shut as well

  22. i have something similar i use a push log so it dos not have to travel so far saves a little bit of time some of the newer ones have a clamp you can put on the arm to stop it traveling right back
  23. you want to mix a wetting agent with the glyphosate it will pernitrate the leaves better

    you might have to make one yourself they used quite a lot of different timbers beech maple apple hickory etc.
  25. nearly lost my flat cap 3 times while out i think i need something like a deerstalker that i can fasten under my chin
