235 75 16 are approx 29 inches high and standard disco fitment 235 85 16 are approx 31 inches high and are standard defender fitment i think

forgot to say mine isnt a i w trailer and the wheels are on the outside of the trailer bed but thought you might be able to use the idea -

if you can afford it id change the hubs to ones with the same pcd as your landy and stick landy wheel on it i did with my 8x4 trailer loads off clearance and you only need to carry one spare asit fits truck and trailer -
