  3. The rare lesser spotted Andrew Cowan out on a much needed RandR mission with the Hama, his reaction to the scene was priceless. Ganoderma applanatums are an abundant species in Whippendell woods, as are its dependent enomological interest the flat foot fly, which is also abundant in Whippendell woods. A site not to be missed when the chance arises.

  12. Sarcocypha coccinea-the scarlet elf cup one of my personal faves and in my own back yard, just awesome, my garden is awesome!

I dont post much these days i know, but I think its a quality that counts kinda deal, so here is another offering from the Banks of the Yantra river Bulgaria and Sarcocypha coccinea (to follow from my own garden in Bulgaria, where I have veteran mulberries and Phelinus igniarius/fomitopsis pinicola and Phelinus torolosus close by. oh my world is rocking.   21. the bottom left too are young fistis, debra really likes the acidic flavour of them especialy when young and still jelly like rather than fibrous. I spoke to a European guy who says they are great raw too,like a fruit, though havent tried it yet! will do soon though. and davids on the money with the hericium cirrhatus, nice find
