    Exactly. It always makes me laugh when I'm free-lancing for another firm and they ask me if I have PL. You can learn a lot about them by their reaction when you tell them it's their job so their insurance.

    You need somebody who does wheel clamping who has access to DVLA database.

    The trick down here is either following work vehicles to the yard or taking the registration number and getting the address that way.

    You need to put the 50% surcharge part in your T&Cs in your initial quote or you might find you can't rely on it legally.
