  1. orders keep coming in with no adverts. one transit with telegraph pole damage. all the ice has slowed us down cause we cant deliver to every customer if their too far off the beaten track. lots of tractor trouble too so gonna get me another. all in all better than expected!
  2. Maybe the insurance companies may want to see the update certificate should the worst happen?
  3. pa1 for sure as it covers handling and understanding the label,but the glyphosate you use must have been approved for that specific use. its all now sola's and lerap's! a bit of a mine field.
  4. I mix a couple of barrow loads of poplar in with the hardwood. Also im wanting another 100 ton of wood!
  5. That taxus is not fastigiata! Just normal plain baccata.
  6. My bulk bags hold half a level transit load easily. Things are very slow 4 me,but im taking over from my father after his accident last year.Someone in the village has been telling folk that he had retired to take custom away which has not helped. Ive got plenty unseasoned for next year and may buy 150 tonne more as well as web site to buy online. But on the whole cant complain!(apart from mr pike selling 4 £30 a bulk bag!)
  7. Thats salix alright! I saw a choisya ternata in full flower today and they dont usually flower until late April/May.

  9. Thought indian bean tree was catalpa bignonoidies,which does not have a panniculate leaf.

  11. Try ocean rainwear,their danish and the fishing/agriculture bib & brace suits are well tough.Not sure of the price but well worth it.

  13. You will need to be flexible and keep up with the trends and all else that goes on,but it cant be a bad thing to have more than one string to your bow. If you have too much time on your hands your probably going wrong somewhere.
  14. Burns well when seasoned,also makes good garden furniture. just remember to get off the chair before you light it!
  15. the freezing should split the sloes so no need to prick,then add equal amounts of sugar and sloes to the gin.how much is up to you!!
  16. I took delivery of one today a 22t horizontal but got tractor trouble so cant use it! Thankyou Chris Sheppard a lovely piece of kit.
  17. Tie a big sheet under it to catch the seed every year!

  19. All i use is my 357xp and an old 281xp which will soon be replaced.
  20. You do need planning nowadays but not sure if its permission or consent. The last tunnel i was involved with covering we unrolled it and pulled cover over from one side to other,but no breeze so easy.
