    Topping

Nice vids as usual reg that sure was a skinny pole. I have always wondered why americians do that cut, i always got taught that the bottom of the gob is what breaks the hinge. But it seems that is not the case if that cut throws the stumps off further?
  2. I dont no about jensens but with my tw if this happens you take both springs off the rollers and lift the top roller and then pull the object out. Its abit odd that getting stuck though it looks a tiny branch compared to what you could put through, are you sure nothing is jammed in the flywheel?
  3. glad you found someone mick, looks like ill be replaceing the rear drums and shoes on my transit instead ooo the joys!
  4. Just looked at it on the map mick, bit further than i had in my mind. If i was a tad closer i would have done it. Would be nice to meet a few more arbtalkers.
  5. Try waveney tree specialists i no they were looking for a groundsman recently always be a chance to show your climbing with them to.

  8. Processor is 2.9ghz with turbo boost upto 3.6ghz Video card has 512mb of memory I never no what all the specs mean if you go on the apple store on the new imac you can see all the specs
  9. I had that problem with my old laptop with my vids, i got the new imac and it works fine with vids on that, they are massive files when in hd, cant you compress the file before you play it?
  10. I tend to just leave it overnight to do its thing for all mine.
  11. You upload to youtube takes a good few hours to do, then you just copy and paste the youtube web link into the post u make and it will cone up. Look forward to seeing them.
  12. Good job there It certainly is a long process editing most people dont realise the hours that goes into editing your days work you have already seen once, until you do it your self
  13. I have one of them sawhorses that holds the chainsaw. The sawbench will be able to cut 9-10inch stuff which is more than enough its already in rings its easier to cut fire wood than split it by hand or on my log splitter
  14. Im not worried about hse as its only cutting firewood for my self and family and close friends no one else is going to use it.
  15. And if we did that i would want a prussik class also so i could stand a chance
  16. I did look on ebay theres not a huge selection on there its abit hit and miss also prefer to find a place i could always get what i want etc found a good website blades made in sheffield though good selection also and the same price range http://www.sawshop.co.uk/18-medium-course-finish-c-1209_1210_1782_2114_2170/atkinson-walker-universal-rip-cross-cut-circular-saw-blade-450-mm-66-tips-p-170723107
  17. Havent seen it in the flesh yet, im going to be using it for firewood so i will only be using the front half of the blade so shouldnt come into contact with the bracket.
  18. Ive been looking for a old cast iron saw bench, old pto or belt driven or electric cheap enough and close enough finally found one pick it up tomorow my plan is to mount a petrol engine on it to power it. Mount it on a small trailer ive got. How do people find them? Ive got a log splitter which is abit slow i find. Also does anyone have a link to where i would find the big wood blades to buy online? 20. Yes, but i would have wanted some metal props under it and i would have tensioned a line half way out off one of the trees behind it with the grcs.
  21. Half of todays job was to reduce this cedar, was ment to be reduced alot harder than this but i wasnt happy doing it so talked a compromize. No before pics it was a real pain of a shape before hand looked different from every angle so trying to balance it as much as i could came out alright in the end. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  23. Its very handy little thing. It can lift 1000lbs close in and 500lbs at its furthest. I do there good chippers, do they stop completely of just go round really slowly if its just slowly it will be because theres a big lump of wood stuck you just put them in reverse ull see all the big lumps come up them back in forward and all is good.
